Waited a hour before the receptionist even ran my info or put me in the system. Then she calls
Me back to tell me I am giving the wrong birthday and I can’t be seen. Finally I just leave call my insurance who confirms the birthday is right , I go right down the street to care now where I immediately am seen and everything goes through smoothly with insurance.

The pediatrician
She was wonderful,
very knowledgeable, Professional and knew exactly what my son needed.
The Front desk was extremely nice Also! I Appreciate them so much And the care that they provided to me and my son.
they gave us Security in knowing my son has the tools he needs so he can be healthy again.

Enjoy seeing 2 of the 3 drs we’ve met & nurses have all be so kind. The front desk has 2 employees who are pleasant but the others are very rude. When I call in I’m always met with attitude from whomever gets on the line from the back area. The dr recommended two medicines and when we called to try the second the lady told me “try Tylenol and ibuprofen they can’t do anything else”. She didn’t even speak with the dr!

What a great place when you need some medical attention fairly quickly. Excellent staff & customer service. The medical staff are knowledgeable & patient. Love them!!

I was extremely pleased with my visit because of the care that was rendered to me. The day before my visit my knee had a lot of swelling to where I couldn’t walk on it. After 25 years of Army active duty service and now retired I chose to go to the VA like always. At the VA they took X-rays, consult while doing a q&a visit to set me up with an appointment later. I was clearly in pain but I went home did all I needed to do, when I woke up the next morning my knee was even bigger and more painful. I told myself I’m going to take a different approach and went to FIRST FAMILY URGENT CARE. This place did not disappoint. Within 30 minutes of my arrival I was taken care of properly. Today my knee has gone down significantly and I’m on the mend. Thanks for the professionalism and the prompt attention. If I could give more stars I would because 5 isn’t enough.

This was my first visit to this urgent care, and I was pleasantly surprised by the positive experience. The cleanliness and overall aesthetics of the office were impressive, which is something I always look for. The staff was friendly, professional, and efficient. I will definitely return for future care.

Great customer service, the providers are wonderful, & the self-pay fees are reasonable ! I can’t remember the Nurse (blonde) name but she is amazing!!!!
