The staff are always friendly and helpful, but the store itself seems to have major issues with their coolers. It's not enough to keep me from going back though.

I stopped to get me some red diamond tea the price said $3.50 they tried to charge me for $4.50 so I've never shopped there again they lost a customer i'll go to Wal-Mart it's only $3.28 there

This store is ALWAYS organized & clean, I was there today around 4:45 or so and I just want to say that the girl that was working was busy stocking the cooler area and then went over to take care of the customers at the register, she apologized to them for making them wait and explained why; the reason she gave was that the truck showed up late and she was by herself and was running behind schedule. She was 'VERY POLITE' with the customers ahead of me and also with me a patient with me because my card took 3 times for it to work but she walked me through it all and also said to me Have a Nice Day. I'm sorry that I dont remember her name but she 'DESERVES RECOGNITION' for her dedication to the customers and the store! I left concerned that she was by herself in such a lager store. As I was leaving 3 cars had pulled up.

Personally, I like Family Dollar better than the Dollar Store because they have more selection and there's not a lot of people. I'm not a people person. The cashier's are polite and helpful and it's located in Grangerland so it's close which is awesome ?
