Terrible customer service,I came into this store between 5;50pm and 6:10 pm Tuesday November 5th 2024 (be sure to watch the cameras if your staff!)
A “manager” by the name Carrie or Kari was very disrespectful and slandering my name and image around people who I attend religious activities with accusing me of stealing something from the automotive department. I was very understanding and Willing to prove I had not, and she said I could just leave her store. I it literally blew my mind she was so rude! I asked get name and she wouldn’t tell me,I then asked If there was a higher up and she responded,” that’s none of your business!”
Fortunately staff later told me her name so I could expose her. U was so embarrassed about what happened and even my friends I was riding with were gonna leave me at the store. This needs to be handled without a doubt, how dare she treat a compliant customer in such a way. I honest to god did not take anything and was in checkout when she confronted me to purchase what I had came in there for.! Review camera

Go here for just about everything I needed, and one of if not the cleanest Family Dollar stores I've ever been too, and the employees and manager are extremely nice to boot. 10/10!!!

MS Carey, (I'm not sure how to spell it) was so very helpful and kind to me today. It seems everywhere I patronize these days NO ONE AND I MEAN NO ONE wants to help or even be civil to you. Not only was she helpful but kind and I promise you, even though its 8 miles out of the way I will go to this store for all my needs. Thank you MS CARRIE!!

Yes we went to the Family Dollar and they were doing some construction so the aisles were packed, and everybody's trying to put it back together but they were very helpful for us to find things

This location is very nice it's new and well-organized, it has a good size selection of frozen foods. The only unfortunate thing is they have no sugar free anything for diabetics.
