I love this location store. The Mangement and employees are always on top of everything and willing to assist me when I need some help and they're polite and courteous. And they work hard to keep the store clean and stocked. I can usually find what I came for.

Entire fridge section closed down for ‘stocking’? During business hours? The whole aisle? Really? Can no one do they’re job any other day that we have to shut down an entire section to restock? Thanks a bunch for your consistent bad customer service.

I would like to report this store because the cashier serves in a very bad way and they are never at their position. It seems that there is only 1 employee in the place and I am very dissatisfied because the cashier does not accept card payments and the entire store is with those signs that say ONLY CASH If that place continues like this, if someone doesn't manage that store well, I'll go to the New Dollar General, which is in front of where I lived and it's cheaper and more stocked, and they always say good morning when you come in, stop going to this family dollar

There is a younger Hispanic girl that works there. She doesn’t greet you and is very unfriendly. She never says thank you. The store is near my home so I do go in often. I am a very friendly person but her energy is not. When I get her name I’ll add it. She doesn’t need to work in customer service.

They need to change the cashier she is really rude, she can’t work us a customer service is horrible. I can’t with people racist working in the store, for some reason the bell didn’t work yesterday she start screaming please is not my fault is you have a bell is not working? they need to change the cashier

Just had an absolutely terrible experience at this location. The staff was extremely rude and had a poor attitude and followed dirty looks as i was told to leave at exactly 10 and was not allowed to check out with only a couple of cans of soup (yes, Soup) I just got off work myself and was on my way to check out. I am a store manager at a local store. If any of my staff ever spoke or gave attitude toward a customer in my store the way I was treated, they would be looking for a different job.Thanks for Nothing!!!

I stop in after work at 3 and they had big carts full of stuff just delivered in 3 aisle and I needed something from one and went down it. Got what I needed and was going back the way I came first one employee said ma’am don’t come down here which I didn’t I was literally 2 ft in the aisle getting snack cakes for my sons class. When I was going back out another employee told the other ppl just bypass the cones? There was one cone pushed up against the cart not blocking the aisle. What those 2 ladies didn’t know is I went down the very next aisle. And they was mad the delivery guy don’t have to wait for a signature anymore and then they started talking bad about me the blonde lady that went down the aisle. But the lady whom is supposed to be a manager was adding things to what she said to me. Lol. And I didn’t go down the aisle maybe I should have taken a picture of it but the snacks are the first thing on the shelf. She said ma’am you can’t come down here and I didn’t I got the snacks and left. Backed out the same way I went. And mind you this older lady is the manager. Your not supposed to just trash talk about customers cause your having a busy or hard day. I won’t shop here again but I will figure out how to talk to the district manager
