My friend had these guys put a rear tire on and they left the wheel loose.
Which caused damage to his belt.
Went to give them another chance some month's later.and they dropped the ball again
He bought a tire from them (dunlap)
And they gave a (Metzler)
Do not let them touch your bike.

“Houston, we have a problem.”
I really struggled with giving Faith Cycles a 2-Star review, however, you get what you deserve. The interior of the shop is dirty, unkept and completely unorganized. Every motorcycle in the “showroom” is either covered in fingerprints, grease or dust and dirt - and these are the ones they’re trying to sell. A misplaced box of parts was sitting in the walkway (major customer trip hazard) and I watched employees walk over or around the box no less than 6 times before anyone decided to finally pick it up. I was at Faith Cycles for a previously scheduled appointment for a new set of tires to be installed. They opened on time (9am) but no one other than the mechanic showed up to open the shop and assist the waiting customers. The mechanic told me that they “never show up on time.” I believe him. Thankfully, he did take my key fob and got started on my bike. A female walked in around 9:10am and went straight to a desk in the corner and ignored myself and the other customer who was obviously waiting to be helped. An older gentleman showed up at 9:15am and proceeded to his desk in the corner for 20 min, again, without bothering to ask the waiting customers if they had been helped. He finally came over and asked if I had been helped. The parts and service guy (Jake) showed up at 9:20am (20 min after opening) and after fiddling around for another 15 min, I was finally greeted and asked how I could be helped. He did recall me making the appt but evidently didn’t care enough to even show up to work on time. Luckily, the mechanic got started on my bike before Jake even showed up for work. By that time, Jake had finished his 15 min of fiddling around and got my information for the service ticket. I don’t know how any business operates like this and remains in business. No customer waiting area other than a few non-descript chairs stuffed up against a parts display. So, 90 min passes and my new set of tires are on my bike. I pay and head north on the interstate. The bike didn’t feel right, even though one of the mechanics took it out for a test ride and said ‘everything is great.’ Once on the interstate, I had shaking and vibrations in the bars, dash and foot rests that I had never experienced before, even on the old set of tires with over 5,000 miles on them. I didn’t have time to turn around so I continued on my way home and looked at the front tire. No wheel weights. I called Jake to inquire. He said, “we don’t balance motorcycle tires and haven’t in years.” Huh? You just assume the wheel is inherently balanced and that the new tire’s manufacturing processes were so exact that there isn’t any imbalance? That doesn’t even begin to make sense. I’ve been riding for 52+ yrs and my current bike is my 47th. I have dealt with hundreds of shops and had new tires mounted on those 47 motorcycles hundreds of times. NEVER before have I ever encountered a shop who doesn’t balance the new tire on the old wheel before mounting it on the bike. I called around to multiple shops in the local area and ALL of them balance a new tire before mounting it. Now, I have to make a second trip and spend more money just to get my front and rear tires balanced properly so that the bike doesn’t shake itself to pieces while riding.
Beware - that if you choose to get your tires at Faith Cycles…they will not be balanced and in every case, your motorcycle will not ride as smooth as it could, nor will your tires and bearings last as long as they’re designed to, without proper balancing. There is no such thing as a wheel or tire that comes off the production line that doesn’t need or wouldn’t benefit from proper balancing. Anyone that tells you different is lying or doesn’t know what they’re talking about. My future business goes elsewhere.

Called to see if they can mount and balance a couple of tires for my bike. When I told them what bike (1985 interceptor) they said they only work on Harleys. I'm not sure why the type of bike matters if I'm just bringing them the wheels, but ok....

Trent made the buying process as easy as it could have been. I am very happy with the experience as well as with my new scooter. They have a great selection of excellent condition machines. It was a bit of a drive from SW Houston, but they had what I wanted for the price I wanted to pay. Also, they have multiple finance options to suit your needs! Thanks again Trent!

Trent and his team at Faith were amazing! Made a stressful process very comfortable and answered all questions. Trent went out of his way to make sure the deal I wanted got done! They have a lifetime customer in me and I would recommend anyone give Faith Cycles a chance first.

Went in looking to see about a tour pack for my Honda . I was asked what I liked and wanted . I told them what payment I wanted and showed what I wanted. I was told let’s see what we can do and we’ll get you where you need to be on what you’re wanting. They made it happen to my surprise and I am very happy with my new to me road glide. I will definitely be back
