Very unfriendly came in 5 minutes before they were open just looking for something they stopped me right at the door like I was a criminal trying to steal something from them and actually the manager was like no we don't have what you're looking for and on top of that I said we're not even open yet I was like 5 minutes before opening time the most inspecting thing was that a manager was rude and disrespectful

The manager not sure her name but she is a B/F is rude and she lies to keep people’s things. I went to retrieve my gun yesterday and I passed the background and paid in full and because i commented on her bad attitude and rude behavior she declined to return my gun. She called her district manager Wes/Jeremy and the conspirared to allege I had made a threat and notified the ATF that I was a threat and they were not going to return my gun. I called and spoke with Wes and he declined to even entertain my side of the story and only told me I was not getting my gun back and advised that I contact ATF. I asked for the number he told me to google it. I will never use this establishment again in my life.

The manager at this store (Teresa) has very poor customer service. Did not inform me of any app to where I can make a payment on my loan or when it was due. She doesn’t listen to her regional manager (Jeremy Wes) as to where my item was supposed to be sent and when. I do not recommend taking a loan out at this store. Ever! This store lacks training in service. Do better!

Nice selection of used items you’ll probably come in for 1 item and leave with more than that one item and it’s not because of a pushy staff it’s because of a nice caring staff that actually listens and recommends things based on what you’re looking for i came in right before closing today I knew the tv I wanted and it was a speedy checkout and I have to give kudos to the store manager Theresa she actually knows how to treat her customers unlike some pawn shops thanks again everyone at this location y’all rock

The Manager approached the Assistant Manager Quincy very aggressive. She was not professional at all. I love the experience and customer service from the gentleman Quincy who took care of us. I just wish the Manager wasn’t so aggressive towards her workers.
