Definitely recommend! Enterprise brought the rental to the auto body shop, paperwork was signed in two minutes, and I was on my way. I dropped the car back at the auto shop when my car was ready. Not a single inconvenience!

Conroe location is great, Huntsville TX not good at all, the guys working there ARE NOT HELPFUL OR CARING, surprisingly because most guys are usually the best in customer service

terrible customer service. ive had a reservation for 4 days and still do not have a vehicle. I was told the manager of the store would email me with what cars are available and when I can pick mine up. 4 days ago and still no email. I called several times during their operating hours over the weekend and they never answered. I called today at noon and someone finally answered. she said yeah ill TRY to get you on the schedule for tomorrow... I guess with only five hours remaining before they close she can't handle the immense workload of fulfilling one reservation... then she told me my reservation is at a different location so I have to call them. even tho it's the same company. the reservation was made with enterprise rent a car... not a specific location.

Horrible Service!! We had to use Enterprise because we needed a rental thru insurance. Our insurance company did everything that they were supposed to. With all our account and claim info we called Enterprise on Dec. 7 for an appointment and to make sure we had a certain vehicle because we have 5 kids. They found us with the claim number and everything was set but they could not get us in until the 19th of Dec. and when we get there they still don’t have our information and vehicle. A different vehicle was promised for Friday, Dec. 22 and that’s not happening now until the 26th of December. So from Dec 19-26 we are having to shuffle kids around because they don’t all fit in the vehicle that Enterprise provided. Enterprise your customer service stinks. Stay away, far away from using Enterprise in Conroe.

I had a great experience at the Enterprise location in Conroe. Despite it being a busy Saturday morning with only two individuals working Paola was able to get me on the road quickly. She also reached out to me personally to confirm that I was only charged for a one-day rental because I returned the vehicle prior to opening hours the next day. The customer service was top notch.

Took forever to get a vehicle, then not what we were supposed to get but settled because of the time it took. True, they were busy but kept helping others. We started to feel invisible.

I can’t say enough good things about the staff at Enterprise Conroe, Tx. They were friendly, knowledgeable, and professional from the moment they picked me up until I dropped the vehicle back off 3 days later. I have always used Enterprise and this is exactly why. Great experience at Enterprise Rent-A-Car! Having a car accident is traumatic enough, and you shouldn't have to jump through hoops to rent a car. The personnel at Enterprise were wonderful. From the first step into the office to having to extend my rental, everyone was top notch. Big shout out and special thanks to Ronaldo Madrigal Ramos and Victoria Pena. Understanding and professional and always with a smile. Thank you for making this a much easier time for me.

I had to use an enterprise car for an entire month. From my first interaction to my last- every person was extremely friendly. My only complaint was there were cracks on the windshield and one spread and I called to confirm that I didn’t do it, and she said no problem. And when I left after inspection they tried to say I needed to do something about the crack as in self pay or go through my insurance. Thankfully I had email proof. That was my only concern and complaint. Just take pictures of the car before you take it from enterprise that way you keep yourself from any additional fees.I truly believe conversation had been forgotten so when they called to say they found email and all was good… that was that.They were still super nice, friendly, and professional and I would 100% use them again.I believe I worked closely with Jessica and Victoria. Great staff.

Worst place to rentar a car. The staff sucks… I was there standing for an hour waiting for an answer because apparently my license driver has restrictions, but is not the first time that I’m renting a car at this location and the man who was “helping me” was on the computer pretending that he was trying to help me. But then he was taking other customers phone calls and texting on his phone like if I wasn’t there. When I asked him a question, he gave me an answer but with attitude. I honestly don’t recommend this place.

Had a great experience at this location. I dealt with a lady name Anum I believe that was her name. Very courteous and polite. The place was very busy and she handled it well.
