The few times I've been to this store, I never find what I need. Went today in the afternoon because I saw some sales they were having, but there's no support or retail service to find the items I want....better to look at other retailer options

I recently visited the store in search of a pair of sneakers, but unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. Despite the store being new, I was disappointed that no employee offered to help me. I couldn't find the model I was looking for, and none of the available sneakers were in my size. The store was full of employees chatting among themselves, while several customers, myself included, were left unattended. In summary, the service was poor, and the experience left much to be desired.

Went to get a new one tube and the head of the bike division, so had already clocked off, noticed me and offered to help. He got the right size, was hard to find previously, and helped me throughout... really friendly. Should've gone here first. Thank you.
