Amazing selection and fantastic staff! We walked in just as they were closing on a Saturday, but they welcomed us in and answered our questions without rush! Well worth the drive to check this place out!

Absolutely zero help. Explained to the receptionist what i was needing and she directed me over to the display walls. I wandered aimlessly for about 30 minutes with little information about the samples posted...no one ever approached me to see if I had questions or needed any pricing. I snapped a few pics of what I like and I'll see about ordering directly from the company, I guess. I wanted to shop small, but they didn't seem too interested in my business. I'll just go online...

Friendly and knowledgeable staff,took time to get to know what we were looking for and helped us to focus in on what we needed. Pricing was very reasonable and we were able to get our orders within a week. The selection they have was a bit overwhelming, but the patience of the staff helped us to make an excellent choice for us. We have updated 3 homes and have always used Decore Builders Hardware and will never go anywhere else!!!

Melissa handled our home remodel project and we were so pleased with the wide selection of hardware that decor has to offer. What made the experience so good was working with Melissa! She was knowledgeable, enthusiastic, and so timely in working to locate our hardware needs. Amidst the huge challenges of supply shortages during a pandemic, she was diligent and resourceful in helping our project succeed!!!!

I've used Decor on 3 previous custom homes. Went for my remodel and was assigned to Erica. Worst experience possible. Took almost 3 weeks to get a quote and then never got a call back to answer questions regarding my quote. They lost my $8000+ worth of business because they didn't have time for me.
