I didnt catch his name but the guy working Monday march 13 2023 was super nice and super helpful. Even when my clumsy 12 year old knocked his whole tablet off the table he didn't even get upset. And he got her phone working in no time. Excellent customer service.

Angie the new manager took care of me. She’s great and they have new trained staff as well. Love my new phone and will be coming back here!
