I dropped my phone this weekend and cracked the screen ? Luckily T-Mobile referred me to this location. I was able to drop my phone off after work and pick it up within 2 hours. Andrew, Matthew, and Ron were really helpful in explaining the process. I highly recommend bringing your phones here to be repaired.

Rohn was extremely helpful and attentive to all of my needs!!! He got my phone fixed in an hour and took the entire thing apart and put it back in. He even called a manager to help with the store while he was working on my phone to get it done fast for me. Before i got my phone repaired he explained to me all the options i had and even made suggestions to save money. He also gave me a discount for buying several accessories. He was super helpful and sweet and i would highly recommend!!!!! Thank you so much i truly appreciate it.

Rhon with CPR The Woodlands is very knowledgeable and knows what he is doing! We had a horrible experience dealing with Assurant and TMobile to just schedule an appointment to have my husband's screen replaced on his iPhone and had been to two other service locations to be told no appointment had been scheduled. By the time we showed up to CPR The Woodlands store we were so frustrated of dealing with this for over a week, however Rhon made sure he handled our situation with care, recommended the proper screen protector to avoid this same problem in the future and quickly replaced the screen to have it working in no time. Rhon walked us through downloading the app to this store so we have it on our home screen next time we have any issues we know who to call. If you are in the Kingwood, Porter, New Caney, Conroe, The Woodlands, North Houston area, this is the place to have your cell phone repaired!
