This store is by far one of the worst establishments I've ever had to experience in my life they do not value the people that work hard for them poor ownership and management they've allowed some very disgusting things to happen amongst the employees and when çonfronted about these issues by workers they fired them how disgraceful to the freedoms of we the American people DO NOT SHOP AT THIS STORE EVER

DO NOT SHOP HERE... this store is a establishment that has no moralist values the management is spineless and they treat their employees like migrant workers I have a personal experience with this store and they are a direct disrespect to the American people what kind of business owner allows his most loyal employees to be fired without explanation and when there's a issue with an employee they fire the entire staff instead of handling the issues Absolutely disgusting poor management and now disrespectful staff this place is not a place is recommend to my worst enemy

Has a lot more than your average convenience store. I have bought my entire dinner here on multiple occasions because of the meat market in the back and they also carry a nice little selection of basic vegetsbles like potatoes, onions, lettuce, tomatoes and jalapenos. They make good sandwhiches too!

I go in there a lot and the are always so nice and helpful if they don't have it you can be sure they will try and get it in. This is what a country store is supposed to be.

Love this place, but I do wish their goods were a little fresher and priced lower. I can go to HEB and buy a box of Caprisuns for 1.99 and they charge 5.99 per box. That's far too expensive for a kids beverage. I've also picked up can goods and other foods that expired before purchasing them, Like a couple years before purchase. However, love the people and the deli! :)

We love Poppy's Country Market. The employees are always so friendly and they make you feel like friends. They carry a wide variety of items instead of just the usual convince store fare. They also have a small deli/meat market. Which is great because it's a bit of drive into town. The meat they carry is good quality and they make wonderful sandwiches. I'm not a pizza fan but from the number I've seen going out of there they must make a pretty good one. My husband loves their burger and fries. If you stop by tell them Patti and Joe recommended them.
