The Costco meat looks really good and colorful but once you open the package it looks like it was tampered with to create this artificial color.

First time shopping here. They take Visa only. The cashier snatched my product away from as if I was not in line to pay for it when I pulled out my Amex. Honestly found that petty, rude, and disrespectful. Don't go here to find the Christmas spirit.

Amanda C. The cashier and Erick the manager Came to Costco to do our shopping and to get some items for our business,we asked if we could pay 2 separate transactions,since 1 was for our business and needed a separate receipt for it and the other one was a gift for a new born, and wanted to pay it with our personal card,the cashier stated that ONLY THE CARD HOLDER CAN MAKE TYE PAYMENT..! But I explained to her that we both are members she denied my purchase after we explained to her what was going on,and became demanding,the she yells out manager and orders me off her register,I thought it funny,but did get me mad,spoke to ERIC WHO FRANKLY DIDNT CARE TO HEAR ME OUT, he said it was company policy that she denied my purchase and walked away. We then went back for the same items stood in line at a different register and payed just fine,it's just upsetting that as a nation we keep dividing our selfs and keep hating each other rather then being kind to each other ...! I would seriously have a word with miss Amanda C the cashier and MR Eric the manager about customer service and just being genuine when talking to guest that have done nothing to them nor offend them in any way. Just poor poor customer service on their behalf,and I'm % sure nothing will be done about it. Sooooo sad because her ego keeps getting bigger and will do it again to other none white customers.

Well I will not be going back to this location. Today my daughter and I went to this store when it first opened up on a Sunday. There was a whole lot of people entering the store at the same time but when the lady at the door seen me and my daughter she asked us to show her our Costco casts but she allowed all the other people into the store without producing a card. My daughter and I are African American and the other people entering the store were lighter skinned then we were.

I always thought what is the hype about membership and gas price at COSTCO ? Well to my disappointment such a big higher price for membership, than the gas price is much HIGHER than the GAS STATION down the street ! true fact, than I have to scan membership card than select CITI card that was offered by COSTCO to pay for gas, than they take a pic. of you right when you enter your car, sweet. Wow what a great deal, right ? NOPE what a waste. TRUTH BE TOLD WHAT A DISAPPOINTMENT ‼ Benjamin C.

Costco's pharmacy in The Woodlands/242 is the absolute worst! Every time I get any of my prescriptions filled they're always out of something. They never let you know when, they have received it, until one day you remember that you didn't get it & just happen to call. My husband had a prescription for some cough syrup that was sent in February and just got it today and I just happen to call yesterday to inquire about it!! I love Costco's, but the pharmacy is just awful!

I Purchased the Spanish cheese selection from Garcia Baquero on 6/17 and today is 6/20. The Best Buy date is 8-12-22 And the cheese is already starting to mold. This is not the first time it's happened. COSTCO get with the manufacture.....This is ridiculous!

My review is strictly about the hearing center. I purchased hearing aids on 3/24. It's 2 1/2 months later and I still have not been able to use both hearing aids to be able to tell if they work good or not. My issue is with the service I received since they sent one of the hearing aids to be repaired. They claimed that they would put a rush on it but when I hadn't heard in 3 weeks, I called to find out the status. The hearing aid was there. Why hadn't they called me? How long has it been there? I had to schedule a 15 minute appointment but the earliest available time was 6 days later. How is that a rush? Also the girl I was talking to was rude and uncaring. I decided to return the hearing aids and I will not be using Costco for any of their services if for anything at all. I've been a member at Sams Club for over 20 years and I had never had a experience like that.

The most blatantly awful and discriminatory Costco in Texas. Nearly everyone that works here will see you as a thief or miscreant. Show your "papers" at the door promptly and try not to look suspicious. So with all that guess what, we will continue to go there and put up with the absence of customer service and the passive aggressive employees from top to bottom.

Costco is simply a good place to shop. I've noticed that the location of some of the merchandise is rotated to different areas. Perhaps merchandising ? Anyway, I go here for tires whenever I need tires. Their mounting deal includes road hazard, which I have used one time before with no difficulty whatsoever. I have noticed that much of their fish is "wild caught", which is very good. Costco's competitor has much of their fish from the Far East and it is farm raised. I have traveled to those countries and they won't even eat farm raised fish due to waste that they feed the fish. Costco has extremely good customer service as well. Their return policy is set so that if something breaks after the warranty, they will still take a refund (except in a few categories...read the fine print).
