ABSOLUTELY DO NOT GO HERE!!! They initially told us they would have the car for 2-3 weeks. 8 weeks later they still were not done! We caught Mario in Several lies. They start out very nice and make you feel like they’ll do a good job! Then throughout the process is when the lies start! And to make matters A LOT worse, they released the car and SEVERAL things were done wrong or NOT complete! If you value your safety or time, DO NOT GO HERE!!!You won’t be able to pull up my file because it’s not under my name. It was my wife’s car under her maiden name. Not only were you delayed 6 weeks in getting it back to her after promising us each week that it would be ready, when she did get it back, it was done So POORLY, you should be embarrassed about the quality of work. This car was Not given back to us with it being Safe!

We have taken two vehicles to get body work done and wheels repaired, very friendly staff and they worked in a timely manner, even on holiday weekends. I will take my next vehicle there to get repaired. 100% recommend

Highly recommend Cornerstone Collision! All of the guys working there were super friendly and stayed open late for me on a Friday to look at my car. I will be sending all of my neighbors and friends here. ? Thank you!

They installed new exterior door handles on my Tahoe while I waited. Great, knowledgeable,friendly staff. Highly recommend.

Sadly I can not reply to the owners unprofessional comment (who would have known the “owner” is also rude !? ) , explains why your employees think it’s cute and okay to talk to people how they do :) however they could have charged me that extra sad little $12 and it wouldn’t have hurt or helped anybody . But please ask for EVERY receipt if you’re a young female doing business with them or they will pretty much force you to spend your money and say you don’t know much about the real world with out even knowing you. if the person sitting next to Mario is the “owner” of this sorry excuse for an establishment, I’m disappointed to know you seen how he spoke to me and said/did nothing, hopefully one day somebody treats their daughter / granddaughter the same way they treated me and they see just what it feels like :) have a great day..At first they where very kind , I went back in to pick up my parts (didn’t want them to put them on), they never called me once for an update ( I called them every single time) which isn’t that big of a deal to me.. however, parts took very long to come in (they told me 4 different dates..and they made multiple excuses as to why they weren’t ready..after I called and asked for a refund, the parts where all the sudden there , painted and ready). I went back in to the establishment then out of no where the guy spoke to me very unprofessionally... if your looking to be taken advantage of this is the best place for ya but I should have been more careful who to trust on my end ! And from viewing how they reply to unsatisfied customers (and sadly put somebody’s entire personal business in the comments) I should have definitely looked at the reviews first ! but ultimately I know God will take care of it for me <3Service: Painting

Good people and will help you if needed. The only thing that can give them a possible bad name is that parts take almost 60 days if not longer to arrive

Buster and Mario at Cornerstone are the best. I would take my car or truck there in an heartbeat again. They do excellent work to ensure it’s 100% correct and you are happy with it. A shop that stands out from the competition and will have your vehicle looking better than when it came off the factory line.

I wouldn’t recommend. And I’m never going to this place, never again. One of the staffs was Unprofessional. I have to pay $200 extra for a different mechanic to finish the unfinished job done to my car.Services: Steering & suspension repair

this company acts very nice and knowledgeable when you speak with them to get your business. as soon as you drop your car off fat chance getting it back anytime soon. they will make excuse after excuse for not getting the car back in a timely manner. they tell your insurance company one story and tell you another. they do not return phone calls. I will never bring my car back to this location. 3 months and counting. still don't have my car back. i wish i would have read the reviews before bringing my car here. Now i have to fear that the vehicle will be unsafe to drive when we get it back.

I recently took my vehicle to Cornerstone Collision for replacement of a dented rear bumper. I was given a reasonable quote for the bumper repair and so I scheduled the repair and paid $930.00 for the part in advance. A week or so later I drove my vehicle to their location and dropped it off. Cornerstone Collision actually gave me a ride back to my house which was great customer service. So far everything had been good until I get phone call from them after they had possession of my vehicle. They informed me that when they ordered the part it was a couple of hundred dollars more than they had quoted me so I needed to expect the final bill to be higher than what they had quoted me. This honestly really pissed me off because they could have called a week earlier when they had ordered the part to see if I was still willing to pay them higher than what had been quoted. I agreed to let them repair the vehicle for the increased price but was not at all happy with the situation. The whole thing felt very dishonest to me. The quality of the repair was average so I'm not going to complain about that. I just feel as if I was taken advantage of and will never use them again or recommend them to anyone else.

These guys are honest and worth checking. They have been working on my teenage daughter's car and charged her reasonable prices. We took her car to another mechanic and they gave her a list of defects and must fix list. We sent the list to them and they were like NO that's not necessary. I can't thank them enough for helping us.
