What a great jewelry store. The staff are very friendly, not pushy at all. I had an expensive watch sized here the other day. Edward had it sized while I waited, 10 minures!While waiting, Irina helped me pick out a beautiful pendant for my fiance.I highly recommend this jewelry store!

Great experience with them. I had a ring made from emeralds I got In Cartagena Columbia and some diamonds I had from an old ring. Edward helped me design it it. After I got it 2 emeralds fell out. I walked in a no questions asked they replaced them and made sure everything else was secure. They all are great things work with. I will always come here from now on. There prices are fantastic! They really are good all the way around. Check them out for yourself..

I was on a road-trip to Houston, and noticed my ring wouldn’t come off or even move it was stuck and nothing was getting it off. Frantically I made phone calls and his is the only Jewelery store in the area that answered and had the tools to cut the ring cut off my finger. They were so kind, helpful, and I did not have to go an ER to get the ring off my finger.

This store is exceptional. I had to bring my Fossil watch in to have it checked and battery replaced may times over the years.. Everyone is very professional and so quick to service whatever you need. They are experts.

My watch stopped working took it to them. Beautiful store great customer interaction found out it has a battery not only cleaned set date and time changed battery. Didn’t charge a dime Will always do business hereHighest Regards. Mike

Wonderful staff! A woman helped us, she was younger and I wish I had gotten her name They only sized our watch.... twice! Only because first time my other half was not with me. The 2nd time they waived the fee! And it was technically our fault. Two thumbs up on service!

Yes, I purchased a very beautiful ring with a rare & unique stone & I Love it!!!! The only thing is, I was blatantly lied to & told my ring was brand new, when it was a used ring. Now I have no problem with a preowned ring, but to lie to me ugh. Also had a side diamond fall out & brought it back to get it fixed & the prong fixed, only to have the prong “they fixed” flake off like a piece of dust. Not to mention where they sized the ring. There is a line all the way through the metal on the bottom side & they didn’t even shape it, it ended up oval instead of round. It’s currently at Jared’s being operated on, prayers it can be fixed.
