my husband and i contacted her to file our taxes for 2023. not only did she file them wrong showing we owe $30,000 but now she isn’t answering the phone, nor is her office open to pick up our taxes to go somewhere else. i would not recommend her for taxes at all. go with literally anyone else.

I have been going here for 20+ years. It may be out of the way for some but it is closer to my home then going all the way into Conroe. They have become more like friends to catch up with every year than tax preparers. My son has even gone to them every year since he has become an adult. I have never had an issue with my taxes and always happy with their results. Recommend highly.

Need taxes done? This is an excellent choice. Meeting Jennifer and family was a treat. You can sense the kindness. In and out with tax prep in hand in under 45 minutes! Try Conley's. Cost are average for this area.

If you're looking for excellent tax services without the stink of a big corporate chain, look no further than Conley's Tax Bytes. This small office has flexible scheduling and excellent staff who will treat you like family. They shoot straight and will be clear about everything in the process. Even difficult returns get the utmost care. I've never had an issue, (or a dreaded audit) from this office.

I have been coming here for 10+ years and will never change. It was a seamless transition when Jennifer took over for her mother Sandra; she is so professional and friendly. They also were amazing during all the covid craziness. Answering any and all questions.
