The hours are from 8:00 to 5:00 pm and they only serve you until 3:30 pm and they almost take you out of the place so you can leave...the service is very poor...

After reading all the negative reviews, needless to say I was not looking forward to the already difficult/inconvenient process. However, the lady at the front desk was incredibly kind! I asked another patient who was a "regular", and she informed me the "not so pleasant" woman at the front desk has retired. The woman who actually did collect my samples was extremely professional, answered any & all questions and was too kind! To help inform any new patients, don't worry, this place has apparently done a 180 and was nothing but nice with great customer service!

I have always been treated with respect even though I’m a frequent flyer. Very professional for what I can imagine is not a fun job. I have seen some rough individuals treat them very rudely.

If i coukd give less than a star i would. This is the rudest most unprofessional place ive ever seen they carelessly left out my paper work which had mh name date of birth and SOCIAL on it so i called and asked how they keep their files put away and if its confidential she said "where ever you got this info at they are a LIAR!" And prior to this event it took extra long to get my results back due to the fact they mispelled my name. I could go on and on but i think this should do. I will be filing a complaint and taking action. People beware of these unprofessional ladies in this office.

Why is the lady that answers the phone so extremely rude now matter how nice you try to be, is that a joke?!?! What kind of business practice is that? She needs to be fired immediately!

RUDE just straight rude. You ask a simple question and they get an attitude with you. i wish i could have changed clinics but to late.
