We have been live at this place for a little while until our house is ready and my mom is so comfortable here every time she started searching for her keys I know to go back to the car and get them. Were very comfortable. I highly recommend this stay

I got to give credit to this place.. super nice people. Let us check in early and then even open the pool for us to swim even tho it was closed. So this is for y'all going the extra mile.. thank u from my family and we will be back for sure! Y'all get ya a room here it's a good place with good people. Thanks again!Noteworthy details: Like I said the staff was super nice and did everything they could for us to have a good stay. The rooms were clean and big also. Good spot to get some rest.

This place is kinda out dated a little bit but the staff keep it very clean and pleasant. (Mr. Richard) is a good man, very helpful, very professional. It's quite it's affordable, very comfortable the location is perfect shopping outlets right next door and major department stores up the highway.Thank you ....Safety: Safe area. Very well patrolled, very clean.

I think House Cleaning needs serious help. I had been told she would be in at 10, She tapped my shoulder and set a time and said I needed room clead. No show so I called 5 time thru day.. I changed my own beds and gave a broom..They were great other stays with my dog who just passed. He was 19

I am a former Conroe resident and recently spent several nights in this hotel while visiting friends. I was impressed and very pleased overall. Staff was very friendly and nice and my room was quiet and clean. I met the couple who owns or operates the hotel and liked them very much.

DisappointingHigh touch surfaces and bedding were clean but little else was.I couldn’t capture the stains on the curtains well in a photo. But, they had aging tape strips that people had used to tape the curtains together and the once white curtains were yellowed with age and stains.There were paper thin walls, popcorn ceilings, water marks on walls and ceilings, a low hung shower head (I’m 5’2” and barely cleared it) that was caked with hard water buildup. Also, a car pulled up behind the building at 1:30 am and blasted their low base music for 45 mins. I don’t think anyone was brave enough to confront the driver - us included. Not to mention a funky smell, cross of old cigarette smell remnants and old, damp building.We saved about $30 with this booking. Not worth it.The staff were friendly and the breakfast was decent.

This is our go-to place because it's perfect for our needs. It's not brand new or fancy, but they've clearly tried to accommodate despite a shoestring budget. We'll be back!
