Don’t go without an appointment because even though there’s plenty of people there, you won’t be seen.

really ignorant employees that brushed off my issue with the chip reader they had that scratched it pretty bad, they acted like it was my fault and took zero accountability

I went into this branch today to get temporary checks. I was greeted right away by a very nice man in a suit, forgot to ask his name. He talked to me while I waited for the next teller. This is twice I have gone to this branch and very happy with the customer service!

What a damn joke this place is. I come in with a nifty amount to deposit into a new account I was hoping to open. I walk in and the place was deserted, minus a lady hiding behind her computer screen. No one greeted me, besides a girl at the tellers stand who seemed rather confused. I told her I was here go start a new account, which now, made her seem reluctant about my request. She went to go see the "banker." Well the banker never came out to introduce himself or setup the appointment. It was the same girl. She said that he would not be able to help me today because he has an appointment at 3:00pm that will go through the rest of the day. I look at the time and it's only 2:30pm. Having opened a bank account in the past, I know it shouldn't take 30 minutes to open one. If it does here for some odd reason, come out and introduce yourself to your guest and set the appointment up yourself, especially when you you hear people in the back laughing it up. Be present. This would be my branch? I don't think so. Let's see what other places have to offer.

Edit to add:9/12 and I still do not have my business card, Camryn told me twice it’s on the bank app and I had to open the app and show her it’s not there only for the personal. I cannot access client folders, contracts, portals because everything has been connected to this card. Late fees are continuing to add up and the bank said they can’t cover those. Over a month of late fees, imagine how much this is costing, the frustration from me but also that I am receiving from clients. It’s placing me behind on due date and finding solutions to get items submitted but I’ll have to to triple the work to get everything back aligned together.Truly speechless at this point. 8/7/23 my business card is canceled due to potential fraud, which is fine, but once I confirmed to order a card, they never sent it. It has been three weeks and I do not have my business card. I go in today and Camryn cancel my personal card, this was never discussed. She was extremely rude and not helpful at all.She has now canceled my personal card made it difficult to get cash out, and has left me in a bind that now only I have to deal with + on a holiday weekend and she was no help in any shape or form. I called the bank at least four times this week and I can never get a hold of anyone at all. This is beyond frustrating, and any time this branch makes an error. They put it on everyone, except when they need to fix their mistakes. I will, in fact begin finding a new bank. Now, i just had to spend 25 minutes for A manager to let me pay with cash at the grocery store as they are not accepting cash and only card.

The teller and manager were very rude. They did not want to help me with my deposit. The teller didn’t even let me finish what I was saying before she said “ we don’t do that”. Okay that’s fine. I take my business and MONEY to another bank.

Omg the rudeness of employee here. There’s a reason I only pay card via the atm but it seemingly never works for doing that; I now only pay online but live 0.3 miles from here

One person at the window, I stood in cue momentarily. Taylor quickly opened a second window. She professionally and efficiently processed my requests and I was on my way in a matter of minutes. Thank you, Taylor

IMHO: Incompetent, Not Helpful, and DiscriminatoryI recently tried to take advantage of an offer from Chase for opening a new Checking account and a new Savings Account. After opening the two accounts and funding them sufficiently as required by the offer, Chase chose not to fully honor the offer because of a technicality; being that I don't receive monthly government payments or "paychecks" from a proper W2 employer as I have Retired a bit early and despite that I'm living off of hard earned savings. I do however receive regular monthly EFT payments from my 401K. In my honest opinion, I feel this discriminates against me as a retiree, as well as others who do not receive government benefits or who are self-employed contractors being paid as 1099 workers. With all the stipulations to fully qualify, this seems to me like it is on the edge of being a scam.Additionally, the local branch office staff are polite and pleasant, but not quite keen on the understanding of the terms of the offers. One specific example was their specific guidance regarding the qualification of a premium account for the offer. They told me I could initially open a basic account and upgrade it to a premium account and still meet the requirements of the offer. This proved to be incorrect and was a second disqualifier for the offer.Lastly, phone support was not helpful when I sought resolution; even when speaking to a supervisor and a specialist.I will soon close the account and return as a valued customer at BoA.
