My fiance and I opened a new account with Anna P. and it was a great experience. Anna was awesome! Her customer service skills are top tier. She not only takes care of business, she takes time out to get to know her customers and build a rapport. If you ever need to open a joint account, ask for Anna. She will treat you very well! She's a sweetheart!

I agree with you, the men here are very enthusiastic, but the women look down on the customers and don't show any concern for them. They always complain about being tired and crowded, so they should quit their jobs. fit.

Business customer trying to add an account and open an investment account. After numerous emails and calls confirming the meeting set weeks ago, 45 minutes before the meeting I was called to cancel because of a "personal reason" for their investment banker. Completely unprofessional and total disregard for the time and effort made to arrange my schedule in order to make this meeting. You have to do better Chase.

The bank manager at this location is completely unprofessional and unhelpful! Chase froze and restricted our account for NO REASON! They said they would not allow any deposits or withdrawals, this was on a Friday. Then they allowed our paychecks to deposit anyways and wouldn’t allow us to withdraw the money! The manager barely made a 2 minute call to “back office”, this flagged our account, then WE had to call Chase fraud department and wait for them to send us our money. This manager had no idea what he’s doing and refused to help us further!

04/18/2024-I had to have past info on my account from years ago. I called and spoke with T.J. over the phone. He was very patient and professional. He explained in detail-as I am not computer savvy-what I needed to do. He made it so simple and easy! I really appreciate TJ taking the time-esp near closing-to go above and beyond his job to help me. He is such an asset to this bank.

I took a check from a family member The lady didn't even act like she could read. Then she said one letter was wrong . Then she suggested I bring a different i.d that wasn'ty own ,that's illegal. Instead of talking to my family member on the phone or least telling me to get it corrected . The lady acted like she was above and beyond . She stamped the check cancelled . I'm going to get another check today .

Do not I repeat do not bank with chase!!
They close my account last Friday 03/15 saying there was suspicious activity so I called to see what was going on and I get told they are closing my account and refuse to give me a reason or answer just that they have determined that I can no longer bank with them. So I decided to go up to the bank where they called the same number as I did and tell them the same thing and there is nothing they can help with. I can not get into my account or get my money from my local bank instead I have to wait until the middle of April maybe for them to send me a cashiers check for what was in my account. I am not happy and do not recommend this bank if you want to get your account closed for no reason because they could not give me one single reason at all .

Worst credit card I've ever had. They approved me for a good line of credit but decline for fraud almost every transaction. It takes a day to get it unlocked again. Don't recommend them for credit cards!

Called try to stop payment on a check and could not reach a live person at the local branch. Called the 800 number that I was given for a call center and asked to be assisted canceling a check. They were given my bank acct # and social security number address, previous address but then wanted my pin #. I did not feel secure giving out all of this over the phone. I have not ever been asked for those things to try to cancel a check.
