I love having the convenience of a family owned pharmacy and a nice little gift shop! Friendly service, always calls to let me know my prescriptions are ready to pick up. Thankful for Village Pharmacy!

Me and my family have been going to them for 3 years now. We never had any issues. They go above and beyond to be fast and efficient with our prescriptions, even though it is hard sometimes to get approval from our insurance. Family owned and operated, we always feel welcomed there. They care about their customers.

I have been coming to Village Pharmacy for at least 26 years or longer. I had always felt like I was treated like family. Never had I had a problem with getting my prescriptions filled or with any other issues I would have. Everyone was always so helpful, respectful and went above and beyond to help. Over the past 2 years I have noticed a big change in this pharmacy. Very rude people and so uncaring. You get the" take your business elsewhere" attitude. You defiantly get the feeling like they could care less if they have your business or not. I have noticed extreme turnover in the past 2 years as well. Sad...... I have never thought about switching all of my family's prescriptions to another pharmacy but it looks like that is what I am going to do.

Very rude people. I had an inhaler that was not working. I asked if they could price a medicine for me and help me with my inhaler. I was rudely told to "Google it" ...by the pharmacist. When the tech called to price a Med for me she was sarcastically laughing with the company about my having to pay cash (not covered by insurance) for the inhaler as she spoke on the phone. (It was expensive.) Terrible people skills. I have $1,500 worth of scripts a month that I was going to transfer there since they are in my neighborhood. Instead, I went to Kroger in Conroe and got FABULOUS, kind help. KROGER got my cash, fixed my inhaler AND now has my $1,500 of refills every month. Don't go to Village pharmacy. Save yourself the FRUSTRATION !

When I moved to Conroe in early 2012 I began with Kroger pharmacies and hated them, all of them. So when our pediatrician suggested Village I was open. We've been happy ever since. They really work hard for your family with people in mind and not business. Everyone works really hard to take care of everything for us and are always so friendly. My life is busy with three kids. I appreciate not having to worry about our prescriptions.
