I purchased a PlayStation 4 controller and they kept on insisting on the warranty because they know the device didn't work and only willing to give store credit. After I purchase it took the controller home, connected it to the charger and it doesn't get powered whatsoever. Watch out when you purchase electronics from the store

One of your employees the male not the female that was working at 2:45pm Tuesday 3/26/24 was goofing around and laughing while watching a video with a customer that had a gun with a clip in it on his stomach( it was a vest that he wore to hold it). I asked if your not conducting busniess I need to return this tool I bought. They both then laughed and said we are conducting busniess then your employee handed the other customers phone back and walked to the counter to get the laptop and finish what they were doing. Obviously they were not doing busniess but looking at a video. Laughing and joking gor 1-2 mins. I felt very disrespected because the other customer had a gun on him and told me to respect this guy because he was his friend. And then your employee had nothing to say but continue to let the other guy talk smack and run his mouth. You should tell your employees to handle their personal wants and need off the clock or when they are not on shift and should be working. I have been a loyal customer for 5 years and most likely will get all of my items in the pawn shop and go to another pawn shop and not bring my busniess back. Very sad for an employees to let a customer with a gun on his stomach talk smack to another customer and do nothing about it beacsue I politely asked if they are not conducting busniess I have something to do.

Employees at this location are beyond ignorant... I understand that you can't be an expert on every subject.. But common sense would have you at least do a little research before you open your mouth and embarrass yourself and show how truly uneducated and ignorant you are... Seems to be a trend in the pawn shop industry... Just fill the counter with high school dropouts for clerks.. Make them rely only on what the "computer" says... And if anything requires more than one brain cell to make a decision. Just punt... It's like they are satisfied with passing on good business to wait for bad.. That's what happens when you have open borders, and society is happy to deal with a dumbed down version of what we once could have been.. These Hispanic guys at this place are way too stoopid for their own good..

Went in to see about buying a game console for Christmas. Found their used PS5 listed for $450. Backed up to walk out when I was asked if I needed help. I let them know I could get the system new for $450, that I would go elsewhere. I got snapped at that I knew nothing, that they were going for over $500. Go to the actual Playstation site or Gamestop. They're going for $450 brand new. Don't snap at me again.

The employees are not only super slow and apparently enjoy taking going slow, but every time I have gone in they're in the past few months they have been very nasty to me. Everytime I bring an item into pawn they snub me and essentially tell me that is not good enough for them. They instantly judge your item and if it doesn't meet their standards they either refuse it or only offer you $3.00. I brought in a drill and an electric impact wrench. they refused the wrench and offered me a measly $3 for the drill. I not only do not recommend people not going there but I myself will never return. I did business with them for years and never will again. Prices are getting higher and higher on things, everywhere you go employees are becoming more and more rude. They help you less, snub you more and no longer care about the customer though they claim they do. If there were negative stars I would hit all of them. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE!!!

Stopped by yesterday & was told to stop by the following day (today) to check for an items availability, I therefore made the 30 minute drive to be told to actually stop by at the end of the month instead. Waste of time.

Why would I even think a company that profits off the misfortune of others would be reputable to buy items from? I went in today to purchase some items. When I asked about showing me they worked I was told “no you can not test, it worked when we bought it and if you want a 30 day guarantee you will have to purchase it” that is not the statement of a reputable business no matter how you try to spin it or word it. You can not sell something without it being able to be tested and only form of guarantee it will work is to pay 10% of the price for a guarantee. I’ll pass and continue to pass this place on my way to buy other things.

I wanted to sell old 14kt gold ring and was told they didn't take rings that were resized, I then asked so are all the rings you sell is the same size or original size Juan told me they policy changed since he had been there and if any ring was sized then they will not accept it. I usually buy items from this company rather than sell. I always have to resize any ring I purchase as most people do.
