Horrible experience with this place. I was told within 1 one week my boots would be ready and a week half later I called and was told 6 weeks... owners daughter would not identify herself and added more rudeness to the equation... so had to pick up my boots and these is the results very disappointed on a few levels.... Bad buisness... I'm a helper and if you look at my over 500 reviews I believe it's one of the only -minus stars... it literally takes a lot for me to review so horrible... so now my boots are far worse then when I brought them.....

Very nice place I am assuming that it is a mom and pop shop. I happened to be in town on vacation and had a boot emergency questionable repair done by a previous shop back home had caused one of my heels to come loose and the gentleman promptly repaired the heel at no charge and had me back on vacation

Great find not only for boot repair but an awesome place to shop for boots and western wear. Didn't have time to shop but will definitely be back. Husband's boot repair was great and the price was right.

Thought this place and man was great, good reviews to boot. So I took my boots there well while picking my boots up, noticed on one of my boots the Stitching was off. I mentioned it to him and nothing was done. So today I brought them back and showed him how the stitching holes was too close and caused them to split. He blamed it on the booys being old which was not the case. I thought he would make it right but to my surprise he didn't. I guess I shoukd have repaired them myself instead of supporting a small business to do it. Goes to show reviews arent reliable, no one takes care of or appreciates your belongings as the way you do. $700 pair of boots shot, will not be going back nor reccommeding this shop to anyone that comes to my barbershop!!

Well not bad, got my shoes all fixed up. I would have thought a quick polish would be in order but I guess not. Overall friendly, reasonably priced and a local vendor, and I always try to deal with hometown independent company's when possible.

I went in for the first time to get my soles replaced. I had no clue there was a whole shop inside. From boots to clothes to accessories.They charged $45 for the repair. I was shocked that polishing was not included. They did it for an additional $5. Boots look great!

The items are nice, but the older man was rude and his attitude makes you not even want to shop. Felt uncomfortable the entire time.

Could not have asked for a better experience. The owner is a true professional, who takes great pride in his craft. I needed my heavy duty military riggers belt worked on in a short amount of time, so the repairman expedited my order. The belt was new, but needed some modifications. When it was finished the final product was outstanding. I called, searched the web, and visited many shops in the Harris/Montgomery County area, but no one had the capability or knowledge to fix it. Grateful I found this shop.
