Horrible experience! Do NOT shop here. They are really unprofessional and lack training. Store manager admits the associates gave wrong information and stood by and allowed it. Paid for a piece of furniture and was told to come back before 11:00 to pick up. Came back and the store was closed. Showed the store manager my receipt and was told he could not go back in the store to get it then watched him bring ANOTHER piece of furniture out for somebody else!

This store had terrible customer service. I came at 6:27 pm. The fitting room was closed. I asked the manager can I try on skirts and dress blouses. I want to know what fits. She said No!!!!! They won’t open it up. Don’t shop here. You will drive here for NOTHING!!!!! This happened on Jan 2,2024. They respond to reviews to look apologetic they don’t mean it!!!!

The store turned their lights off an hour and a half before close which left all customers confused about the closing time and having to use flashlights to see down the aisles. The 2 cashiers were slower than molasses. I stood in the long distance line for 15 minutes without moving forward at all so I left without purchasing. I was excited to see a Burlington in the Woodlands but left disappointed. Conroe Burlington is significantly better and would never shut the lights off on customers at 10:30 when they close at 12.

Store rep lied to my face about placing items on layaway saying layaway is over and no layaways could be placed asked more than once to clarify called the store and said you’re able to place layaway until 12/10. SMH.

Full of Xmas items so much stuffed on shelves and racks that it looked like a junk store to me. could have had a little more organization.

It's a smaller store compared to the location they moved from nd this store is very congested with merchandise nd then factor in the customers, baskets, kids... I felt claustrophobic in there... a plus for cthe checkers, they were quick‼️

Not too bad of a location. Was clean and organized for the most part. Long line to check out was the only downside.
