Salesman Michael Hernandez sadly apparently lied to me about ordering a new front door for me when the first one had the wrong privacy glass due to his mistake. I have had to contact him off and and on for 6 months about this and he claims he's ordered the second door and there are supply chain issues now all of a sudden delaying the second door. Now he does not return calls or emails. If there were delays though, not sure why he wouldn't keep me posted on that or return calls/reply to emails like a reputable company would do. Love the door but the glass issue has been an extremely costly and disappointing snafu. Steer clear from this company at least on the residential side.

Place is a joke . Called to ask if they had a certain siding and was asked if I had a charge account with them . When I told them I didn’t, they told me they do not sell to anyone that doesn’t have a charge account with them due to lumber shortage .

Nice folks. They get you in rotation for unloading fast. When delivering here it is safer to get off on 79A. Then drive up access road. Because if you get off at ex81 the entrance is immediately off the exit and if traffic is coming it will be difficult. But over all good service

I will advise anyone to stay away from this location and find another location where they have more professional, friendly and competent staff members.Their refund process is very shady!It seems like they want to keep customer refunds in their pockets .A very rude lady named Francis said she forgot to apply credit back but said she would do it that day we called to ask why we hadn't received it , then a week later no refund yet so we called AGAIN and she said she FORGOT AGAIN to do refund .Instead of apologizing for her repeated "mistake "she was very arrogant and rude .Refund was supposed to be made since December is now January and as of today no refund yet.

Deliveries are awesome... They have lots of items.. good prices for a range of materials... My only gripe is the return process.. oh boy are they slow... Reminds me of how retail used to work in the 80s.. we do not realize how streamlines everything is these days at home Depot and Lowe's.
