I absolutely love Brownlee Jewelers. I first went here a couple of years ago to have my mom’s wedding ring fixed and sized to me for my wedding. I was extremely nervous leaving that ring with just anyone, but on the suggestion of one of my friends I went there. I felt so comfortable as soon as I walked in the door and was greeted. My ring came back so quickly and beautifully done. I’ve been back to have another ring fixed, and I cannot recommend them enough. From the craftsmanship to the customer service this place is amazing.

Had them do some work on a few of my watches. My Breitling here just returned from Breitling’s service department with no repairs. Breitling wanted to charge me 1500 to fix the stem and crown doing a full service on the watch. My friends at Brownlee Jewelers did what I wanted done for less then 20% of what Breitling wanted. I will be going to them for my watch needs for as long as they are available! Excellent service with a smile!Thank you!!

Went inside to check out the jewelry and get my ring cleaned. Staff was very nice and cleaned my ring for free while I browsed. Great selection of high end and cheaper options. They also suggested some local places to check out too. Next time we’re in the area I’ll be stopping by again.

Great service! Over the past few years, I've had several watch and necklace repairs with outstanding results. Really good work and consulting at fair prices. Dropped off 3 watches today for cleaning and repair. I can't wait to get them back!

Came here after my husband and I were gifted an engagement ring because Jared quoted a resizing at $350! Brownlee Jewelers did it for 15% of that price and even quoted it being more than what I actually ended up paying. This will be our jeweler for everything in the future.

I just upgrade my wife's wedding ring with a bigger diamond. I was referred to Janice at Brownlee's to have the new diamond installed. Janice the owner was extremely nice and helpful. She was very detailed in the process of installing the new diamond. She also allowed my wife to verify diamond by its serial number that is etched in diamond. Obviously you need a microscope for this, but I didn't even know there was a serial number. I will be returning for any future work to Brownlee's. Thank you, Janice.
