O M G !! One of the best relaxing times for sure. The staff was very attentive and professional. No waiting to be assisted. They treated us like they could not do enough or too much for us. The place was clean, organized, comfortable. The atmosphere was relaxing. Even the customers were friendly! Certainly going back. My assistant was great. She did a wonderful job with my pedicure.

The store was clean but it was just very hard to walk to the front counter where the cashier was. Other then that the store is a decent size but isn’t that big. All the employees were super nice, all though I was looking for a Pre-Cut glueless wig so I didn’t have to order from the website because I was going out Friday. They didn’t have which was a down fault. But overall I will rate this store a 4 star.

Great service great workers clean store well stocked the cashier put our money on the counter our change and yanked our money as we were paying for our items other than that I would get items here when I go back to Conroe

I was looking for a wig, I tried a wig on and was told about their policy about you can’t try them on. Why would I want to spend lots of money on a wig. I can’t try on or exchange. The owner at the counter was very rude!! And I was told I could not purchases a wig , due to me trying it on. The way she got an attitude you would’ve thought I was stealing. She was loud and rude for no reason. I politely walked out.

Do not spend your money here. Today I was in the store and needed assistance. Rather than acknowledge my needs (and those of other customers) the employee followed, harassed, and profiled another patron of the store. The other patron, and myself are Black Americans. The situation felt racially motivated thus I found a different beauty supply store to spend my money with.

If you have a complex towards minorities do not provide services to that section of the community. On today I witnessed a worker harass a customer. Besides myself there was several other customers in the store that were ignored completely while this female worker harassed followed and instructed a male worker to check the cameras of the woman she was following. This woman didn’t purchase anything and seem to have been accompanying someone else. In turns the whole situation was completely uncomfortable. Will be leaving a BBB review as well.

Good selection of hair products and accessories. Found the supplies I need to do perms. They even offer a loyalty program to frequent customers. Nice, helpful staff.

The prices are no where near cheap. It’s just that they have more of an up to date selection. Galaxy Empire has the same items for half the price. I just don’t want to drive.
