I shopped several stores for a replacement battery for my Jeep Grand Cherokee and selected the Duracell battery from Batteries+. I felt the quality and price of the Duracell battery I purchased was equivalent or better than other brands I looked at. I just had it installed at the Conroe store and was impressed with the service. I definitely recommend this store.

The store was tidy and well organized. The salesman greeted me when I came in. I was getting the batteries changed in my key fob for my car. I had this done previously at another location. That visit was reasonable and only ran me $6 each. Fast forward and I was charged the kit fob $13.86 each. The battery itself was not listed as a line item.My reason for the poor rating was that I was not advised of these fees prior to installation. Usually a salesperson will say the price and ask if I wanted to proceed. I'm just wondering if this install fob kit charge is a commission for the salesperson?? Either way I am very unhappy about it.

I came here the other day to get batteries for two of my sons ride ons and a new charger for one. The reason I gave 4 stars is because it was expensive! It cost $250. That's a lot I believe! But other than that, it was all great. It took them thirty minutes to get the batteries ready for me and the guy was nice and professional!

Jonathan (I believe was his name) was absolutely fantastic! I came in 30 minutes before they closed for a cracked phone screen repair. Jonathan took my phone back and had it fixed within 10 minutes! Although he was getting ready to go home when I came in, he still helped with a good attitude and a smile on his face. Excellent customer service! Not to mention the price was the best I could find, very reasonable.Definitely will be returning if need be.

ONCE AGAIN Ryan came thru for me..... I had a cell phone, cracked screen cover and he fixed it on the spot and got me out real quick. He is really good at cell phones so give him a try ..THANKS RYAN for being there for me.....with ARTHRITIC HANDS it is so nice have help.
