I went when they had a huge sale going on. So worth it!! The staff is always friendly and helpful. I was asking about where a certain lotion was. This woman was about to leave. She put her things down and retrieved the lotion in two different types for me. Then she put the unwanted on back on the shelf. She went above and beyond! I wish I had asked her name. The whole staff is like that, though. Always smiling, friendly, and helpful. Sometimes, you can see they are exhausted, but they still provide that level of excellence. I love coming here more for the service than the product! Lol. This store has always been one of my favorites!! ?

Staff is very invasive! Like as soon as you walk in the store… I appreciate friendliness but it’s a bit much at times sometimes they even follow you around, also I bought a lotion and asked the cashier if she could wrap it she said sure then turned around and basically said “you can do it yourself it’s easy “ ?

horrible i placed an online order for pick up WITH A GIFT CARD , accidentally selected wrong candle so i wanted to swap them out , ended up paying $30 CASH ( cashier insisted she was right ) for a candle i paid $16 for with a gift card, they “fixed” their mistake by refunding me $12 out of $30 horrible place never going back only reason i ordered the candle in the first place was because i wanted to use the GIFT CARD not actual money oh and they didn’t even tell me they sent a digital gift card while i was standing in the store AT THE REGISTERS and could’ve used that as my payment (i didn’t even know i had it till i call custom support) ? will be calling whoever is over that facility that’s very unacceptable

I went to exchange a wallflower plug that I had just purchased at another location because the light kept blinking on and off. The lady asked me what I needed as I walked in to my surprise she said they do not exchange wallflower plugs . She called the manager over and she confirmed they do not at all . I'm trying to explain to them look at my receipt I just got this 2 weeks ago and it's defective. They never bothered to look at the receipt or help in anyway just kept saying we don't do that. I called the customer service she said they do and advised me next time I'm At that store call back and she will tell them the store policy . Really? I have no plans on going back to that store and it's not my job to educate your employees what your policy is . Poor service from both the store and customer service. Is business that good you don't stand behind a policy that says you do exchange products.
