This store NEVER disappoints! Danielle helped us find the perfect lamps for our place in Steamboat. Had them shipped direct from manufacturer to our place. They weren't in the store but we showed her a picture of the space and she came up with these. Love them!

This has to be the most pretentious family run furniture store in greater Houston/The Woodlands. The owners force interior design services on you and don’t have a bit of design savvy or experience. Their prices are through the roof and lack proper customer service that is required to be successful in this industry.

Very friendly staff, a nice selection of upscale furnishings and accessories, somewhat pricy, but still, if you are looking for top quality furniture, you should stop by and see them. I was greeted by all of the staff in the store and they were the perfect salespeople for me, available if I had questions but not at all pushy or hovering over me, and I spend almost an hour with them. At this point in my life I am not certain that I am their type of customer, but I would like to be and I wish them the best!

We have had such a wonderful experience! We currently refer to the two designers helping us furnish our new home as the dynamic duo. They have anticipated every need to make our new house into a beautiful home. We are so appreciative of their talent and dedication.

Worst customer service ! We received a call the day of delivery that one of the furnitures (side table) will not be available! Waited for so long for the deliveries just to hear the bad news! If you are paying 8K+, you would expect service/receive goods that was agreed upon! Guy on the phone didn’t really care! Don’t waste your money on this store!

Absolutely love this story. The selection is great and the staff is so kind and helpful. We have moved several times and because their furniture is timeless it has fit in all the homes, only have to accent it with matching rug or accent piece. When I go in there I tell them what I need and they instantly have a suggestion. As others have commented, it is a bit pricy but not nearly as much as Restoration Hardware or PB. You get what you pay for. And here, you will get a unique selection with a good value price. Love this store. Jeanne

Great furniture store (with home decor, art, accessories, etc). Outstanding customer service from the minute we stepped in the door (Kelsey assisted us and she was fantastic). Great selection of furniture at reasonable prices. I would highly recommend this business to family and friends. Our new entry console was our first purchase, but surely won’t be our last.

Didn't buy furniture here but we got a flat tire and pulled into the parking lot after closing hours. Bret Bartholet saw us on security camera and showed up and was super helpful and nice. He let us borrow his jack while we got a new tire. He is the definition of southern hospitality.
