OMG!! Now I see why this Bank as the low Reviews. Customer service is Lacking Made me wait to see a banker just to cash a check . Just because I have no account with them. After waiting for 5 min. I decided to go over to the Bank of America in Kingwood or Greenspoint where I've cashed this particular check without having to verify it numerous times! I'd give this Conroe location a BIG ZERO!!!! if I could

This Bank of America office does not make things easy for opening a simple savings account, many impediments.They demanded a Bill in my wife's name to open the account and she doesn't have it, I brought all my bills because I am her husband, we live together.My Bills are enough, it's just that this office does not facilitate and imposes difficulties to do so.But tomorrow I'm going to another office and I'm going to bring you proof that it is possible.

Edit: The outside ATM machines DO NOT ACCEPT CASH.This bank is always packed and slow as hell. Every. Single. Time. It is the busiest bank I have ever seen and I used to live in Houston. Some of the problem is that you have tellers doing banker's jobs, and by that, I mean you have tellers jawing about CD's and banking plans with customers at the window when instead they should be directing those customers to a BANKER so that the TELLERS can take deposits and other TELLER things, so that the lines of people wanting to conduct BUSINESS can do so. I PRAY once I get my debit card I never have to walk into this building again. It's a church social in there, not a place of business.

I had a great experience with this location, which surprised me based on seeing all the negative reviews. My husband and I made an existing account a joint account and we also opened up a checking account. We went on a Saturday at 1pm and there was no wait at all! We were greeted and checked in at the front and we sat for maybe 30 seconds. There looked to be a handful of available employees ready to assist other potential customers also. The staff was very pleasant and the location looked updated and clean. We had a perfect experience!

I have been banking at B ofA for 20 something years. I have always had exceptional service especially when someone in NY city was using my numbers without my permission! They took care of everything and refunded all the money that was stolen! ID theft is real and they were there to help. Truly grateful!

Best decision to stop banking with them this year. They are not helpful & despite my business growth they couldn’t help me with anything. I do not recommend banking with them as a small business owner. The change employees like I change my clothes and they are always understaffed. Secondly I can to cash a check they mentioned they weren’t able to do so but only states it because of policy. Yea right…won’t ever be back. It’s better bank out there seriously

This is the worst customer service I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. Very dismissive, my 76 years old father ( with hearing problems) lost his card. They did not care. Makes me sick. He has banked with this bank for over 30 yrs. I am going to help him transfer to another bank. Don't do any type of business with this messed up bank.

Very bad customer service from the manager Jackie. I'm so glad that I don't use this bank. I'd advise anyone, DON'T go to this location! Very unprofessional! I don't have Facebook or Twitter to further my complaint. So how do I get in contact with corporate? I really and honestly think that Jackie should be fired! I work in customer service, I'm a manager & I go above and beyond to satisfy the customer. Jackie, just sits and gets a check. People like her need to be in another profession. She's very disrespectful and unhelpful. I feel sorry for customers who have to deal with her.
