It’s insane they hire people who’s never turned a wrench or knows anything about parts. Just knows how to organize have horrible customer service. Nobody in there actually jumps to you or acknowledge you when you walk through the door. I don’t understand how this AutoZone is working or function and is usually only two workers … I drove an hour to pick up some brakes and not only did they give me wrong breaks after specifically telling them on the phone and in the store which was they were they had the nerve to say that I damaged them but they were the wrong brakes AutoZone should really take accountability if they are wrong, doesn’t matter if it’s incorrect, correct if the manager sells you a incorrect part, they should take accountability for that. It should not be a damaged part or damaged goods upon the customer when nothing‘s damaged about it that should be something that should be looked into because if a customer is returning a lot of things damaged then that’s not good. They’re usually using it or something about it, but those things aren’t even used at all and then she tried to catch an attitude with me because I’m telling her the process of you returning. It is incorrect. I didn’t damage the product at all your manager your manager sold me the incorrect brakes after multiple times of telling him the brakes themselves and then she’s a girl that looks like a die and know nothing about parts. Nothing at all. They really need to get somebody in there. That knows about parts can help you out mechanically and not just catch an attitude. Very unprofessional needs new management 100%.
Cost me over $100 due to the mess up of their management. I operate a mechanic shop in Parkton and they were the only ones who had the part. Usually our shop at O’Reillys because of the tap is more professional, and they tend to listen to the customer and it’s mainly Educated females and not just females

Bought head gasket and having problem returning them , non open , tried to fix error 10 minutes after paying for the order ... sales person tells me it's non returnable smh .... head gasket non open non returnable smh ..... they should let customers know when a parts over $60 is non returnable before making the sale smh ..... now I'm stuck with 2 brand new parts that I dont need smh .....

Julia H was being rude had an attitude I lost my receipt I showed her my transaction made that day it said her store number and the day I bought it and still was not enough she did not help nor gave a store return and when I mentioned where do I look in the app to see my transaction she said “I don’t know I have never used the app before “ very un profesosional

Shout out to the true MVP -PRIZMA
3/4/25 We had stopped by O'Reilly's where Joseph did not want to assist with changing our our battery. He sure seemed to not want to help. Went to AutoZone where Prizma said she could change the battery out. Within 5 minutes done.
She added to her sales.
Keep her around good people that want to work are hard to find!

Felix is the man! Great customer service. Knowledge, and friendly. He tested the battery, diagnosed the problem, helped me find the right one to replace it, and installed it. Enrique was courteous, knowledgeable and helpful as well. Great experience. But the person writing replies to these reviews is out of touch! Some people shine. We are not robots. There's really no such thing as true consistency across the spectrum of employees. Some people are better at customer service, some are more knowledgeable about parts. Some are better at managing.

Made a purchase yesterday and Devante assisted me. He was very professional and carried all of my items out for me that I purchased. Well I found out one of my items leaked in my vehicle this morning, so I called the store and surprisingly Devante answered and told me I could bring all of my items back in and he would check to see why my item was leaking and he could replace the item. I stopped by and he was actually outside working on a customers vehicle. Once he finished he walked over to inspect my items and seen that my oil had a small hole at the top of the container. He took it inside for me and my other items. He had his manager do the exchange for me while he went and gathered all the items I had purchased yesterday. Once my exchange was done he carried everything back out to my vehicle for me. I will definitely be returning to this location.

Just left with purchased of over $50 cash was not asked if I was using rewards or let me get my point in hard times it matters very much. Almost went back and returned everything, and got it again just so I could get my point at their own time expense. Managers are great red shirts need to have motivation at what they do.

This is my favorite location, Leah helped me get good quality parts that fit my budget,gave me important information about different issues regarding my vehicle so that I can maintain my vehicle's life in better condition.Her customer service is top notch,I even learned a few things,& she even installed my battery in just a few minutes. I highly recommend this location if people want to save time,money,& avoid headaches.
