Had what I really needed, but lacked some specialty tools. The wrench selection was pretty sparse. Needs a bit better inventory management or somebody went through and bought em all out recently.

Fantastic experience from the beginning to the end. I was in need of a new battery and Jerry S. fixed me up with the right one and even did the replacement labor for me. Jerry was personable and professional the whole time. I will definitely be back for all of my auto part needs. Great job Jerry!

Terrible experience at this location.I went here for a new battery and it took multiple associates over an hour to install a new battery in my car. It was obvious the girl changing it was having difficulty. The "manager" kept calling the employee who was trying to guide her back into the store. They ended up having to call someone from another store to finish the battery installation. Nobody would give me a clear answer on why the install took so long or why they were having difficulties.Four months later I have been unable to start my car several times. I stopped by a different Auto zone location, and they told me I would need to take it to a mechanic. I was finally able to get a mechanic to address the issues and found out that the terminal had been busted, making it unable to connect securely to the battery. Since I had never messed with the terminal after the installation, the mechanic was pretty certain it was from when it was installed.Autozone associates never mentioned anything about possibly damaging the terminal. Very disappointing with this experience.Please train your associates better and teach them it's okay to ask for help instead of damaging customers'cars and potentially hiding the issue.

Went in looking for a part as one does and had a little trouble knowing the exact part, the employee that helped me was amazing.suoer helpful and polite. Took the time and effort to actually figure out what I needed exactly and got me taken care of. Could not be more pleased with the experience and I would highly recommend shopping here.

Went in straight after work past Tuesday, 5pm, and figured I would have some hardshell of a rep. When I tell you I happen to have Junior help me, my perspective changed completely. This guy answered every and any questions I had with my problem. Request him for excellent service.
