If I could give this place a zero, I would. The new owners know nothing. Took my truck in to have a simple oil senor switch replaced. First, anyone who even would google the problem would know that the truck needs to be hot. Next, the pressure of the oil does not change if the switch is bad. So for the shop to quote not be able to make the dash to start dinging, the oil pressure gage to crazy up and down. You clearly are not good mechanics. DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLES HERE!!!!!!!

When my car broke down, they handled it quick and easy. They didnt charge me for a thing, despite doing an inspection, because the car's issue seemingly solved itself. They could have scammed me, said they fixed it or whatever, but let me go and made sure it drove off safely.

‼️‼️TRUST THE BAD REVIEWS‼️ ‼️This place should be called theft city automotive. STOLEN VEHICLE CASE . Take a few minutes to read my very quick summary of my story. In the beginning of May of this year, I walked out one morning to one of the scariest moments I have probably had in my entire life… Someone had broken into my truck, hotwired it, spray painted on it to change the identity of it, Spray painted the tires, Stole everything out of it, and even went and got their own key made. Didn’t take long to realize during the investigation process that has Lasted over three months that Tyler Nelson (who stole my truck) Works at hot city, automotive body and paint. Still works there, even though the business is fully aware of what has happened across the street from their mechanic shop. I want to warn people in the local community the best way I can. So at the end of this review, I’m going to include first a photo from a review of a customers car that got burnt completely down to the frame by hot city automotive (also done by Tyler Nielsen, who you can see hanging out of the window frame and the burnt car photo )Then you will see the attached Photos of my truck that got stolen by Tyler Nelson, the current employee still working there. Then you will see a white single cab truck (vehicle he uses now since he ruined his own personal car while trying to work on it himself) and a silver bmw car (his personal no longer running vehicle ) ‼️‼️‼️WHICH IF YOU PAY ATTENTION TO THE PHOTOS YOU WILL SEE HIS RED LEATHER SEATS THAT HE TOOK OUT OF HIS PERSONAL CAR (silver bmw) AND PUT INTO THE TAIL BED OF MY TRUCK ALONG WITH A STOLEN ENGINE‼️‼️‼️‼️ So when you see either of those two vehicles (white single cab truck & silver bmw car) on their property, that means he is 100% there in the garage around customers vehicle’s. Then The very last photo will be a picture of Tyler Nelson himself.

as you may be able to read yourself the reply from hot city automotive it’s pretty apparent they are choosing to threaten and disrespect as they have with any and every negative review.
Please hot city automotive continue trying to threaten me because though I would love to see what kind of video footage you have other than the footage you have of my stolen truck being driven by your employee Tyler Nelson And using your companies engine hoist to put a stolen engine into my stolen truck. I have the surveillance video and photos of him there on your property with you guys working TODAY‼️‼️‼️ I hope you realize how ridiculous you sound trying to downplay and threaten the fact somebody who has been majorly affected in life from one of your workers and a worker seen on your property today at the same Mechanic shop that My stolen vehicle was taken to and tried to make it seem like anybody in the world is doing anything less than something very good by putting a very serious factual and truthful with real documentation Review to share a story that I absolutely have every right to share, and everybody that sees reviews have every right to know.
PS- I have photos of you in your truck with your license plate info showing from the day of my truck being stolen with the cops there BECAUSE YOU SAT THERE A WATCHED‼️‼️‼️ I decided to do you a favor by not posting the photo, but you aren’t going to say my story is a lie.

These guys are great! They are fast, friendly and fair. They know what they are doing, no frills, no fast talking- just honest feedback and good work. I appreciate the time Cecilia and Nico took to explain my options to me and their security dog hung out with me while I waited which was a real bonus.

New transmission & new suspension, the guys got my truck back and running fast! It feels brand new!!! This truck is essential for my business and having it down was costly. Stopped to get my state inspection done and get some muffler work done on my truck and got some mufflers installed all in one visit super fast process stefano/owner Took care of me and made sure everything was a fast process definitely going to continue to take more of my business to him thank you

Had my exhaust fall apart on me first thing on a Monday morning. Showed up to the shop and in less than a half hour they had me fixed right up. My truck does a lot for me and it’s a blessing to have others that take care in their work as if it were their own vehicle! ? thank you Jared and Hot City crew!!! You guys are great!
