I usually don't leave reviews but as a customer, I expect to be treated accordingly; a clinic like this shouldn't have a receptionist like the one they have there (long red-haired woman), she is not polite at all and that's the least you expect if you are paying for a service.

My 9 year old dog came down with a very sudden and extreme case of gastroenteritis that resulted in some serious dehydration. They took excellent care of her and made sure I was aware of all that was going on throughout the day. They kept her comfortable and safe in their care and that means the world to my family and I.

After reading a lot of these negative reviews, I felt the need to offer our multiple positive experiences with this facility. We used this emergency facility on 2 separate occasions when our regular Vet was closed. Both times, ALL of the staff from the front desk, the technicians, and Vets were extremely friendly, patient and welcoming. One visit was not a critical incident but needed attention before my regular Vet would be open the next day. We were in and out in less than an hour with the issue addressed. The other visit was critical and over NYE weekend. Was it really busy? Of course it was, it's a Holiday weekend. Did we wait a few hours? Yes, because there were like 20 other people there that also had pet emergencies. I feel like some other people leaving negative reviews maybe didn't understand the concept of an emergency Veterinary hospital. Are the prices slightly higher than a regular Vet? Yes, they are but I don't find them to be outrageous. There's a reason they operate 24/7 and to support that type of work, there has to be a monetary incentive. If you're having to go there at night or on the weekends then it's because your regular Vet isn't open so you can't expect the same prices and response time from a regular office who can clearly schedule and accept a certain number of patients during the day. We own 5 dogs so we understand that pet ownership can be expensive. On both visits, they were upfront about the costs and fees. They also did not try to run up our bill with unnecessary tests. They listened to our concerns thoroughly and addressed the issues the best they could for the circumstances. We overhead them explaining fees to other patient parents and also describing to them the variety of tests they didn't feel were necessary based on costs. The facility is clean, spacious and comfortable while waiting. We will be return clients!

They saved my dog last night. The staff were knowledgeable and caring, treated myself and the dog very kindly. The facility is super clean and has a huge waiting area with free coffee in various flavors and hot/cold drinking water. Nicer than most doctor's offices I've been to. Also, the location is the former Pier 1 attached to Best Buy. The street view needs to be updated.

We were blessed to find this facility for our fur baby’s emergency situation. They are very compassionate and truly caring for your fur babies! The facility is nice and clean too!

In my assessment from an external standpoint, it is apparent that the staff at this establishment is grappling with a substantial workload, displaying clear signs of fatigue, and manifesting an overall diminished morale. The operational environment appears to be characterized by disarray. Consequently, I have chosen to transfer my pets elsewhere.

Lets start this out correct my poor baby was attacked by a much larger dog and had very severe wounds all around her neck that were very deep we rushed to this emergency clinic at about 5pm on Sunday. They were fast to take her back but after that it was a 2 hour wait after we had already paid the $2000 critical deposit just to get an update. After speaking with the vet she stated we could see our girl in a few moments and they would provide us a quote for repairing her wounds shortly. 2 hours later we finally received the quote, asked AGAIN to see our baby. Informed staff an extra $4000 was not within our budget and wanted to discuss options. Waited more, discussed with the vet and ended up deciding to bring her home and take her elsewhere. We got our girl close to 11pm, first time seeing her since bringing her in. The next morning I smelt a stench coming from my dog, 3 of her wounds were very badly infected, so we called the clinic to see if they have any type of antibiotic until she saw her regular vet in the morning. Once they called us back we were informed we were supposed to go home with those last night but there was a mishap and it didn't happen, had we not recognized the smell she could've died. Our regular vet informed us that one of her pain medications were supposed to be refridgerated so we had to discard those. The visit notes suggest the x-rays taken were labeled incorrectly. The only things they let me know of is how to pay the bill at the end sad how the world revolves around money and not lives. We didn't expect free but their prices are outrageous and they do not work with someone when their baby is in a somewhat serious situation. I'm not even sure they cleaned her wounds considering none of her wounds areas were shaven and honestly hard to see. Our normal vet shaved, cleaned and stitched her up and sent her home with 5 different medications for a few hundred bucks. At the end of the day I would recommend another emergency clinic if you love and cherish your animals.

Although the vet was fatigued and obviously overworked. She was very gentle and kind. Today was devastating but not because of the treatment here. Staff were kind and helpful on decisions as we had our cat put to rest.

Arrived with my dog who was knuckling both front paws about 8pm on Saturday. Got home at 2am on Sunday. A 6 hour nightmare. They take your pet back and you wait FOREVER (we waited 3.5 hours), then talk to the “vet” for 5 minutes, sign the estimate and pay, then wait AT LEAST another hour for your pet.The “vet” told us it was “weird, probably neurological or a stroke” and he needed a referral to a neurologist. They charged $250 for the visit and a couple weeks’ worth of medication for nerve pain even though he had no pain in the exam. An absolutely horrible experience. His vet today diagnosed a slipped disc at exam, confirmed by x-ray. Took 3 minutes plus X-ray time.Another patient while I was waiting said she’d been there for 5 hours. Her dog had a cut that needed stitches. That’s it. 5 hours. And they wanted $4k! She started marking things off the estimate. He didn’t need bloodwork or a wound drain, etc. and got it down to $400 which is still outrageous. My dog’s estimate ranged from the $250 I paid to just over $1,300.So: a wait equivalent to going to the ER for a tummy ache, the most insane fees you’ll ever see, no actual diagnosis because the “vet” doesn’t bother and it was 60 degrees in the waiting room.Never ever again. I’ll drive to Dallas for a real vet before I go back here. Shameful.

We had to rush our 15 year old cat here. Unfortunately, baby girl did not make it. However, everyone here was SO kind and compassionate in such an awful/sad situation. We were so thankful we had a place to take her on a Sunday

This was the second time our dog Taco required emergency care. The first time was after Thanksgiving for intestinal surgery and received amazing care. This time before Christmas he was mauled by dogs through a break in our fence. It was awful! First surgery went well. Second touch up good. Thrid with Dr. Brittany continued the road to healing! I have no words. He looks different, but amazing!Love the Dr.'s and staff!

Our Great Dane Goose severely cut his paw in our yard today and had to be taken to the Animal Emergency Clinic of Conroe for treatment. The staff at the clinic were outstanding, they were professional, comforting and treated Goose as if he was their own pet. They walked us through all aspects of the procedure from financing to his care. They even gave me a military discount to help with the costs. Goose is home resting right now preparing for his next opportunity to gallop around the yard, he truly is our gentle giant. A sincere heartfelt thank you to the staff at the clinic for making a bad day better.

My dog did not get a level of care that I saw other dogs get because mine was older dog and wasn't 'compliant'. He was 13 pounds and almost 12 years old, if your team can't restrain a dog that size then maybe you should consider a different career. I cannot believe they sedated him, but they did. Over medicated my dog pretty much to his death. I'm not sure if anyone there even has a doctorate, but it seems this clinic is full of interns and amateurs. I would highly recommend avoiding this place and visiting your beloved pets actual doctor. Seriously consider your local vet first. This place will suck your savings dry like a casino slot machine because it felt like a major gamble coming here!
