Highly recommend. They have the best quality pet products, very good pricing and great customer service. I have a small business making cat doors for the window and after trying other brands of flaps that were flimsy and low quality, we were thrilled to find this one. Started using their automated feeder, thought it was a gimmick at first. But now my dog is back to her normal weight and is not starving all day while I am at work. I feel like a better care taker and I worry less about her when we are gone, so it is worth every penny. I think I will try the fresh water dispenser next?
