Nice large resale shop. So much to look at. Lots of clothing, household items and furniture. Plan on spending some time here. Well worth the stop.

Went in today Friday October 11th at 5:40and was fairly rudely told they were closed and asked to leave. Zero stars, would not recommend. Also the clothes selection is trash.

Customer service is non existent. No one welcomed me and the lady at the register had no personality at all. Came today at 130pm for reference

I’ve been going to this place for years and last Saturday September 21 was a terrible experience for me. Janet the cashier was short and argumentative. poor customer service . I brought items with no price tags on them . Maria was checking me out and had to ask Janet the prices for the item. Janet gave out the price so I decided not to buy them . Janet said out loud in an irritating tone of voice “ why bring the stuff if you don’t want them. I don’t think that was respectful of her and kept arguing with me.

I used to love this place to go and get some decent clothes for up cycling and helping out a local charity. However, there has been a decided shift away from clothing and into furniture, household items, and shoes. they have also reorganized the clothing section by color rather than size, which makes it IMPOSSIBLE to find anything. apart from that, they have fitting rooms closed at strange times and I’ve more than once seen roaches crawling across the floor.
Will not be back.

We were in there this morning and wanted to a buy a stuffed animal for our child. It was $1.07 and I gave her $20.07 and she said she didn’t have any change. You have to have a minimum of $5 to use a card so she just wouldn’t do anything. She didn’t even check with a manager. She was so quick not to care. Every other thrift/resale store in town has change and have better attitudes. You go in there and want to purchase an item and can’t even do it because they are so unprepared by not having change. Not sure why they even accept cash. This used to be a nice store but it has gone downhill fast. Items are overpriced and now bad customer service on top of that. DO BETTER. We won’t be back.
UPDATE: In response to the owner or whoever replied to this comment. No the cashier DID NOT give my child the toy at no cost. The cashier just grabbed the toy off the counter and NEVER offered to just give it to her. So either she lied to you or you are lying to make yourself look better. You guys could have given my 6 mo old a 99 cent toy. This store is lame and like I said, going downhill with all the lying now.

Everyone is always helpful when I arrive here. Sometimes I'm browsing others I am looking for something specific. Last time a gentleman (Josh I believe was his name) helped me in searching for a bedframe. Was very knowledgeable and helpful. The store is always clean, well organized, and prices on everything. Wonderful location to donate to and shop in!

I love this store, but the person in charge of the cash register, according to the manager, had a very bad attitude towards me and my 13 year old son, he scolded me why he was on a different line to me, and I understand what he says in the door on the children, but there are ways to ask for it, in the asking is the giving, and I also came to buy and donate, be careful, my child was not doing anything wrong, I love this store but the person in charge of the cash register or she is the manager she had a very bad attitude with me and my son of 13 years she got mad for others in line different to me and I understand that it says in the door about the kids but he wasn't doing anything and I was gonna donate but not anymore and she was mad and raised the voice at me I really liked this store too.but today I didn't spend my money here for her

I LOVE THIS STORE !!!!!!
I love how organized this store is. There's such a variety of bargains and treasures to be found. The manager Tim is delightful and the staff of Mike, Frank, Aubrey, Maria Janet & D. are always multitasking and helpful.
The Furniture is only a Fraction of what you'd pay at Macy's, Nordstrom's , etc.
I love that donations are accepted from 10am to 5pm ( closed Sunday ) and that all the proceeds go to the Faith Based non-profit "Adult and Teen Challange "

I really don’t understand what these negative reviews are all about. First of all this is not a retail store so do not expect customer service as a given. I’m sure they have high turnover. I found the furniture here to be of particularly good quality and I found many good golf clubs at a crazy bargain price. Joshua Coverdell was very helpful.

It’s just like any thrift store, nothing amazing but nothing too bad. We were looking for dishware but didn’t find any complete sets with bowls and plates. The furniture is probably the nicest thing you could buy there.

It was my first visit to Angelic Restore, and I was disappointed by the rudeness of the employees. They barely acknowledged me and did not offer any help when I asked for a price. I asked an employee if they knew the price of an item because I couldn't find it. The employee said the price should be on the item you have to look and walked away. I went back and checked again but still couldn't find the price, so I left.

Absolutely overpriced used goods. The worst I saw in there was a love seat that was 2 pieces that they connected and call it a love seat. Like it's literally a brown loveseat and white love seat they pushed together and priced it at 350. Then they have a chair that was part of a sectional priced at 1200. It's not even a whole sectional.
