if I could give them a negative star, I would the manager is very confrontational and a true jerk. I've never rented from errands and hopefully never have to. He showed up at a rental house that I own looking for. Somebody was rude to those people so I went to the store to find out who went out there come to find out it was him. He was rude to me at the store right off the bat, I guess he thinks everybody Hass to rent from him and he thinks he's a collection agent biggest asshole I've ever met. I hope the store goes out of business with people like that tries to act like he helps people he's worse than a loan shark. I would give them a negative store if I could.

Im not always easy to deal with when it comes to company policies and procedures. Looking back on the last couple of years dealing with Aaron’s, the GM, Sam, has made a reputable impression on my husband and I. We appreciate how he has handled our complaints, concerns, and works with our fluctuating financial situation.

Well I'd like to add our VERY negative experience with this Aaron's location. The one star review is really generous and that's only because you can't leave negative stars! I do not know where they get their management from but obviously they take advanced classes on how to be rude, intimidating and argumentative. Including the day we returned our items to get away from them. The "manager" came with the crew just purely to walk around our home looking at our personal things while the other 2 guys did the work loading the truck. Then on top of being just a terrible experience up to that point the guy tried to walk out the door with OUR TV set!! BUT, this was the same guy who literally had the list of Aaron's items to be returned in his HAND before trying to steal our tv!!! When he stated "oh I thought that was ours" we were like excuse me you just had the list in your hand and verified what was being picked up. Why are you touching our personal belongings??!! I reported the incident to corporate who completely ignored me until the third complaint. Then some very shady guy who wouldn't even identify who he was called and immediately got confrontational with me and never let me speak. I finally managed to say I was at work I'll have my husband call which he did then this person whoever he was denied even contacting me ....and it was appropriately 2 minutes after I talked to the guy!! He told my husband he never spoke to me......literally just minutes later So know we're into lying as well. We still are unclear who this guy was. He refused to give his title in the company and was amazingly rude from the start. We never got to ask why that manager was even there that day when he wasn't doing anything other than looking at our personal items for I assume intimidation or why he tried to walk out with our television knowing it wasn't an Aaron's item??? I'd still love to have those questions answered but their good ol' boy club is alive and well and they've closed ranks because they know that was very wrong. When they refuse to answer a question their first defense is rude, unprofessional behavior across the board. Unless you enjoy being treated extremely badly go somewhere else. Another rental place is best but even another location of Aaron's if possible. NOT this one!!! Stay away.

I called this store, cause I was having problems with my washer. Elizabeth M. customer service was excellent this afternoon. We talked and laughed, like we new each other for some time. She was professional, and cared about my concerns. She kept her word and returned my call. I would recommend this store, and sales person to everyone. So if you’re in the area, stop by and congratulate her on excellent customer service. ????

If I could give this place a zero I would. Ordered a washer and dryer. They busted my washer in delivery, so sent me a temporary washer. Day 1 it leaked water all over my floor. Called and they sent out another one fairly new and worked well until my new one came in. She said it had been ordered and would be in about a week. After 2 weeks go by, I call and the gentleman on the phone tells me it was never ordered and is on back order and doesn't know when it will be in but I'm on the list. Another 3 weeks or so goes by I call again. I am told it came in that day and would be delivered in 2 days. I was not home so my husband waited for the delivery. They delivered a banged up very old dingy washer. My husband explained that it was not what we ordered. They said it was another temporary until ours came in. He went to the store. They said it was a mix up and it is ordered again. Today I go to wash clothes and they beat up washer they replaced me with, doesn't work. I'm paying full price mind you for them refusing to give me a new washer and keep sending me old used washers. I will no longer be doing service with this company and will be contacting their corporate office tomorrow.

Terrible place to rent from. They forget you are the customer , no matter how long you had the product or how much you paid , you don't pay they take it quick . Place is a scam with prices
