“I can't get anyone on the phone. I have lived in the same spot for 4 years, and the mail man consistently loses my mail. I have lost health benefits for a period of time. I have missed correspondence from the IRS. I have had a paycheck delivered to my front door by the neighbor who found it in his mail box! I will be filing a complaint in person since they don't answer the phone.Edit: we must have just had a bad postal worker, because the one we've had for the last few years has been amazing. We couldn't be happier with her. It is still hard to talk to anyone at the post office, but we appreciate all their hard work.”
