“I have recently, moved to this area and was looking for a pharmacy near my kids doctor’s office and Joes happened to be very close. Having to say that, that’s the one I picked. I had been quite happy with the outcome until this week. I had a change in my insurance and had been calling regarding my prescription that had been there for five days already. I called and a guy name Kelsey. Had said Ms.Brumsey I got you all fixed up and you’re welcome to come and pick up your prescription with no charge. Nevertheless, I get to the window short on time. Gave the lady my DOB and name. She stated it a fee. I told her no ma’am please look again. I even stressed that I had just talk to someone and instead of her finding the person or saying ma’am you may need to come in to fix or see what’s going on. She told me that it had been updated and my request had been heard and it’s still a fee. At this point I’m upset and tell her that’s okay. So this means another day without my blood pressure medication. By the next day I’m upset and livid. I called and ask for the name of my medication and was going to change mine and also my children’s medication to another pharmacy. Meanwhile Mr. Kelsey took the time out and asked me was there anything that he could do to fix the situation. That to me means something. So Mr. Kelsey saved me as a customer.”
