“This is quite possibly the BEST gym in all of North East Texas. It's situated in a strip mall so there is plenty of free and easy parking. It's open 24/7 with some of the newest and best equipment available. It's a mix of cardio, free weights, and machines. ALL are in excellent condition and well maintained. The clients are a mix of senior citizens, (usually mornings), college students from down the street and locals. It's friendly, CLEAN and they recently expanded to a newer area nearly doubling the size of it. This is an independently owned and operated gym. You don't have to deal with corporate politics or policy. The have a changing area which locks. A MENS room and WOMENS room. They also have a tanning bed on the property. The owners are definitely wonderful people.”
