The manager with tattoos /piercings and purple hair has a really poor management skills she makes her own rules and writes them down in the front windows of the store no other Dollar General Store has that posted on their windows.Example no public restroom no dogs and the one that bothered me the most is her return policy instead of helping me exchange it for the same value of the idem bc I didn’t have my receipt all she says is I can’t do anything about it. Yes you can I had to read it to her on my phone that you can is on your website all I’m asking is be more polite and fair I know you can’t change your attitude but remember you don’t own the store.

First off this store is ALWAYS unorganized, dirty, and hot. Then I asked the price on an item that was clearance because they don’t put the price on it. The cashier and the MANAGER were very rude. Telling me I could look the price up in the app, they won’t keep scanning things just to void it, and huffing when I asked a simple question nicely. It’s not my fault you don’t like your job but I’ve worked retail and that was very poor customer service as well as just horrible manners to any person.

Yes I was a customer in the store and I spent quite a bit of money in two days over there and I tried to return something and the manager said I couldn't I had the receipt and all I had to give them one star but it would be no stars I will never stop there again

This dollar general sucks! They never have the selves stock. I live 2mins from the store and I never get what i came in for. The store is cluttered but nothing on the selves. So sad! ????

Just went earlier today to buy some alcohol. Well they told me that they couldn't sell it to me,because it is not a Texas ID. If other Government establishments have accepted my ID with no trouble why is this store having a problem. I am thinking it was a race problem they had with a paying customer.
