The 4 hours I spent there was not bad, the salesperson assisting me was very friendly. My review has nothing to do with sales experience, but rather the dealership itself. I went in due to a promotion they were running for up to 4K over KBB. I had already spoken with other dealerships about the KBB of my vehicle and knew roughly where it was (13-15k). I went in and they offered me 10k for my 2020 Buick… but with my “up to 4K over” they offered me 13k as a deal. We did the application for one vehicle and the only way they felt they could get me into it was with 10k roughly down. Needless to say, we left without a vehicle. Then I drove an hour down the road to Classic Chevrolet in Denison and I was able to walk away with a 13k trade in value (without any promotional vouchers) and a 2022 Chevy Silverado with less than 13k miles on it in 2 hours. It would have been less, but they were waiting on me at one point. It’s a team effort between sales, what the dealership itself offers vehicle wise, and the finance department. They hit my credit with multiple lenders and one of the lenders they didn’t even mention running my credit through to me is the one who ended up approving me for the new vehicle I have now. Unless you have a specific vehicle you are looking for at Commerce I highly recommend going by Classic Chevrolet in Denison, TX first. They have great inventory, will listen to your needs/wants, and tailor the rest of your experience to that with honesty and transparency.

Me and my wife needed to get a bigger car for all our kids, so when we came across the commerce store we decided to try it out and Carlos was amazing he helped us every step of the way he was very straightforward and honest and helped us find the perfect van for our family! 10/10 would recommend ask for Carlos he will take great care of you!

Carlos was amazing! He helped my husband buy me a minivan! He took care of literally everything and had amazing communication! He did all the work and all my hubby had to do was go up there sign the papers and get the keys! We highly highly recommend Carlos at Commerce Chevrolet!

This is my 2nd vehicle to get from Commerce. I felt like I was listened to and got exactly what i needed. They worked with me on down payment and even got me out of my previous vehicle . I would definitely buy from this dealership. Ty to Brandon for making this a positive experience.
