USPS provides no clarity on why the mail carrier will not leave packages at my door step. The only time packages are left at the door is when he’s on vacation/off and the carrier covering for him leaves them. So sick of notices being left to pick up at office. Not even rescheduled deliveries are attempted. Why offer shipping services if ya can’t deliver.

Love this post office! The Harlingen post office employees are always rude. The employees in Combes are always nice and patient with their customers. This post office will always be my local go to!

I first went to an other post office and I think they won't having a good day so I didn't return there and found this one closer to home and thankfully they were very nice and welcoming from now on this will be the only post office I'll be going to thank you so much for your hard work and helping me with my passport

No lines, so yay but this entity seriously wanted $23 for a 12" squared box to ship it in. We had a good laugh about that down at the FedEx where said box was $2.50 and package arrived 2 days faster for the same price.

I just left the facility disappointed the man that assisted me basically straight up told me he couldn’t help me. Made me feel unwelcome with his rude tone. I called Harlingen post office and they gladly assisted me currently on my way to do business in that location instead.

Best post office when it comes to professionalism.The post master is very courteous and a true professional.The other people that work there are very professional too.Unlike other post offices where the post masters dislike their jobs. (Harlingen post office fails.)
