Took my vehicle in for AC repair. It needed to be replaced and system completely flushed. One day it quit working. Took it to my regular mechanic and was told there was metal in the system. So, we took it back to Debunk and he would "fix" it under warranty. Great! Well, he charged us AGAIN for the labor of an item that cost well over $2000 dollars to replace. That "labor" was $700. Get it back and the recirculation doesn't work. He said it was nothing they did, but it worked quite effectively before it went in the second time. Then he said it was the head unit. The head unit was brand new. We won't even go into the brakes on my husband's vehicle that he "fixed."

Jeff is a good guy, an honest old school mechanic shop. Had a problem after getting my truck back, wasn't his fault. Made time the next morning to take care of it and didn't charge me much to get me back on the road fast, and he had a full garage of vehicles. Things costed a bit more than he thought they would upfront, but he had to do more than he thought he would in the beginning. He's working with me on the price difference. Earned a customer with me.
