Words cannot describe how much we appreciate David, his wife, and staff. Heartland funeral home in Comanche has taken care of services for three of my grandparents and most recently my mom. David and his entire staff at the Comanche location were beyond amazing. David took care of everything after I contacted him from the hospital after my father passed, and made the entire process almost effortless. From making the arrangements with the transfer between the hospital and the home, to the work done to make my father look fantastic, to the respect shown at the graveside service, it's all been a much better situation because of these people. Thank you David and everyone else for your kindness, sympathy, understanding, and patience. You're truly a blessing.

This is an great small town, family-owned business. They came all the way to Hamilton to pick my dad up, who was original from Comanche. We had gone to them for my grandmother's funeral stuff the year before so I was sort of familiar with them, but with the Covid stuff going on I wasn't sure how this all would go. David and his wife were extremely helpful and comforting. They handled everything for me, which was a big help! Amazing service from amazing people.

My father's passing was difficult for me emotionally and also challenging as I live out of state. From that first call and my first meeting, I knew I had made the right choice! David was knowledgeable, caring and easy to talk to. He is still taking care of aspects of my dad's passing, as the Covid crisis as delayed my father's service.
