The store needs air conditioning, it is very warm in there.
Too much merchandise everywhere, needs to have better organization.
Employees need to dress a little bit better, professional.

The stocking has to change! Either hire someone to stock after hours or someone dedicated to stocking full time. The merchandise is everywhere and I cannot get to half of what I need! This is at all DG’s unless they are properly staffed. The staff is overworked and doing the best they can but it is a nightmare to shop there. After 5 + years you would think that a resolution could be attempted?!?!? Shame on you Dollar General!!!!

Makes you use self check out. Was told by employee they are trying to do away with human check out. I have not been trained, and am not paid to be a cashier.

Absolutely the worst I mean the worst customer service I have ever experienced by the manager Amanda Sanchez. The way she speaks to her employees in front of customers is disrespectful and condescending. I will never spend another penny here.

I like Dollar General just fine, but a lot of the prices are certainly far north of a dollar. Still, I guess most things are priced cheaper than Wallyworld?? It used to be, anyway.
