Can’t say enough good things about my experiences with service and repair. We just made a 2 hrs trip to this dealership because they had the pre owned vehicle we were wanting. Completely worth the drive. The service was EXCELLENT. This is still a small town dealership where they truly want you to have a good experiences. They were very honest about everything. There was a dent in the vehicle that they are going to repair for us and then deliver to us (2hrs away) when completed. Everyone we spoke with was literally amazing from the reception desk to the finance office. We spent all day in the metroplex searching on Saturday and this was such a breath of fresh air to have the small town kindness. This is my new first stop for future purchases. Please give them a try. You will not be disappointed!!

The owner of Bayer is a hardworking, amazing person. He believes in customer service. However, some folks who aren't on the same page as the owner work for him in sales. We called to make an appt to test drive a Tahoe and a Yukon. We met the sales person and he did not know the answers to 50 % of our questions. We asked for additional information on pricing and was told we would have it in a few hours via email. Basically the total price on each SUV. We didn't get the info until noon the next day and the message came with the info that the Tahoe was sold. Sounds like the sales guy wanted the other customer to have the auto. Also, even though we were a cash buyer of a $80,000 auto, we went out to the dealership in our 13 year old pick up. We had taken our dogs to the vet earlier and used the truck and just jumped back in it to go look at autos. I think the sales guy judged us as unable to purchase an expensive SUV. We bought a fully loaded Tahoe from a dealer in another town for cash. We wanted to spend our money with Mr. Bayer but his sales guy let him and us down.

Going on five years of doing business here. Awesome service. Jason Upshaw has sold me two vehicles and both were great experiences. Jason Poston has helped me in the used vehicle department and service was superb. Service department is very accommodating with a very nice comfortable place to wait while they are servicing. Josh Mahan kindly helped me with installation of plates and mats. I went to school with Chas Bayer and so happy to do business with him at his outstanding car dealership!!!! I recommend to all to do business at Bayer’s.

Drove in from Houston to pick up a truck from the Hamilton location and this was the easiest purchase I have ever made. Jeff was very straight to the point, which I appreciate greatly! We will def be back for the excellent customer service!

Broke down on the way home from Thanksgiving, water pump went out & took out the belt, fan fan clutch, had our truck towed there. Was able to get my truck back on the road in just a few days. Darla in the Service Dept kept me informed & updated. They really worked with me

I was in the market for a used Pickup Truck and saw one listed at Bayer Ford. Over several days I contacted them via the internet. Finally I called and made an appointment to go see the truck. The associate said "let me see if it is available" and it was. Since I had to drive ninety miles one way to see the truck I wanted to make sure it wasn't sold. So before I left for the 90-mile drive I called to make sure it was available and my estimated arrival time. She said it would be available. An hour and a half later we arrived at the dealership to be told that the truck was just sold. No one called us on our way there. I would think as a general courtesy they would have told the other customer that there was a customer coming to look at the truck and if they don't want it today then you can buy it. No, they just said, " We just sold it a few minutes ago".

I went there for a vehicle inspection after driving away from 2 other places with long wait times,I was in and out. It was well worth it and i will go there with my next vehicle.
