Bought my first jeep this gorgeous pink color stood out and yelled buy me ! The staff is great. They had everything ready to go. I had driven 1.5 hours to pick my pretty girl up. I had contacted Faith in the beginning of the process on internet sales. She took it and ran with it. I have never been more thrilled with a vehicle in my life. She is my dream jeep and is Flocking Fabulous !!! Thank you everyone for your kindness !

Sales department was great bought a used 2023 jeep wrangler. Sales manager Chris was very honest and willing to work with me to get a deal done. However bought Jeep and had incorrect key that was not laser cut as it should. Tried to order and remote start kit that came with 2 new laser cut keys. Service department was awful they quoted me $80 to program the keys to the remote start kit I purchased. Was sitting in the waiting room while the 15 min reprogram was performed. When service was done they came back and said it was now $200 argued and they lowered it to $155. No honestly or integrity. How can you charge me with out at least telling me when I am sitting there. Stay away from these crooks. Also to remind you I bought this vehicle from them with no mention on the key being uncut. Stay far away from the service department.

Updated 7/25/2024- Vehicle was found to have an oil leak (lost appx 3.5 Qts in less than 800 miles). Wife brought it in early and was provided with a loaner for the day. Issue fixed in about 6 hours. Vehicle had no signs of leak since. Kudoss to Cavender for owning this issue and resolving it in a timely manner. I plasure to deal with!
07/02/2024- Located this car online through the Dodge website. Upon our arrival, we were greeted in a friendly, non-pushy manner (I liken most dealerships I've dealt with as "buzzards circling"- not here!) Indeed, I got a nice, "laid-back" vibe from inside the showroom. Jacob quickly retrieved the car we were looking for and accompanied my wife on a test drive. Once a deal was struck for the trade-in, the financing process went quite smoothly. Jason took the time to explain the Dodge app to my wife while waiting for it to come out of makeready- something I very much appreciated. All-in-all, a pretty seamless and efficient experience. Being a "Dodge Family", I'm sure we'll be back.

Highly recommend buying a vehicle at Cavender. Jonoah was extremely easy to deal with and straight forward throughout the transaction. Finance department was very professional and easy to talk with. In and out quickly and got exactly what I was looking for.

Shopped online for a specific automobile. Found 2 listed at Cavender in Columbus TX. The staff there was very knowledgeable and I got to test drive in less than 10 min. Within 3 hours we drove off the lot with exactly what we were looking for. Thank you Derek our sales person and Chris the sales manager for the warm welcome, and great service!

I called Saturday morning about a specific Gladiator I saw online. We agreed to a deal mid day. I drove three hours to the dealership and they had it ready for me. A smooth no nonsense purchase. I definitely recommend them.

I did 95% of the deal for my 2023 Jeep Gladiator over text. It was an easy process and I felt Nina was very quick and courteous. When I went to pick up the truck at the dealership, everything was ready and I was in and out very quickly. It was worth the 100 mile drive!
