Fred stayed late to help us with a gasket/o-ring in our water filter for our RV. We would have had to do without water until we fixed it. Fred measured our o-ring and pulled various boxes until one was found. It was not identical but larger diameter o-ring and it worked better then the original. Thanks to the good man at Columbus Hardware we had water and no leaks!
